My mother and I had a great stay! We had an amazing view of the street. Staff was very welcoming and happy to help. The location of the hotel is perfect! Its right next to the plaza de armas. I would love to stay here again whenever I come back to Cusco!

Nice Property in Heart of Plaza de Armas
We were here for 2 days after an Inca Trail hike. Great location right in the heart of things (one short block off Plaza de Armas). Staff was friendly, room was clean, and breakfast was adequate to start the day.

This hotel is perfect for exploring down town Cusco. It is a 1 minute walk to the main square and has a lot of restaurants nearby. There is a convenience store right next door. The staff were excellent and very friendly.

Great location and wonderful staff. The breakfast is excellent. They are very accommodating and let us leave our luggages there after checking out. WiFi is good too. Would definitely recommend it.

Right in the centre of historic Cusco. Huge comfortable bed, great shower and great breakfast. Expect a bit of road noise as it is right in the centre but it’s worth it for the location and great hotel.

Very nice, friendly staff. Someone always available at the desk or door. Room was clean and comfortable. A great location near the main square but quiet for a good night's sleep. We were very satisfied and will stay there again.

Employees were nice and helpful. Rooms didn't have the main plaza views offer when I booked. I was given a room that smelt like the sewer. Also bathroom in the lobby didn't have water. Very disappointed. Nothing like description. I feel like i was ripped off. Not what i paid for.

Great stay at casa ANDINA standard.
Good comfortable stay. Very close to the main center so everything is within walking distance. Breakfast is nothing great. The rooms with a view are better than the ones inside. Staff is very helpful and accommodating to your schedule.

I am a seasoned traveler who has travelled to over 40 countries, stayed between hostals to 5 stars hotels but never have i experienced such awful hospitality. It has got to be my worst hotel experience ever. The first 3 nights are booked on expedia and it was borderline ok. I noticed that certain races/nationality are given preferential treatment perhaps due to the notion that these customers are more likely to tip generously, they are often being greeted warmly and enthusiastically offered help with their luggages whereas asians like us are being discriminated. The hotel breakfast was super boring, everyday it was the exact same menu, by the time it got to the 4th day, i just couldnt have it. We rather go to the nearby markets. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to extend our stay in Cusco for another 3 nights, despite being unhappy with the race discrimination and breakfast, we still chose to extend with Casa Andina as we felt it was too much of a hassle to find a new hotel. We then paid the hotel immediately at the rate of $75 USD/night. That is when the true terror begins. The 5th day, when we returned from an outing, a male receptionist with glasses approached us furiously and accused us of cheating them infront of all the hotel guests at the lobby. It was really interesting that we made payment directly at the receiption with a credit card and that they made a mistake charging us in soles rather than usd$ but instead of apologizing for the inconvenience they h
