"Staff are friendly and attentive, hotel is
Near plaza de armas. My only complain is our room is above the kitchen and we can hear them prepare food at 4AM"

"Conveniently located near shopping and dining options. Staff was friendly, helpful and customer service was great. Would like to have more options in the breakfast buffet, dining menu catering to people who are gluten/dairy free. Food preparation, presentation were great. Highly recommended."

"Above and beyond! First of all it’s just a great place! I also then left a beloved hat . I contacted them a few days later and they sent it back to me. Just got it and couldn’t be happier. "

"Hotel desk staff is very nice and helpful. bed was confortable, there was a tv but not cable, i cannot confirm if it allowed casting. Hot water sometimes took a couple minutes of running water to come on, only once was it just tepid. There is an outdoor patio and a small gym that has a bench press, 2 dumbbells, punching bad, and some adjustable weights. There is a lat pulldown and chest fly universal but the weights stuck. Hotel is about a 15 min walk to plaza de armas, 10-15 min drive from the airport. I only had the breakfast one day which was fried or hard boiled eggs, bread, a lemon cake, acocado slices, cheese, ham, yogurt, juice, coffee and teas. There are also coca leaves if needed. I would recommend. "
"We had a wonderful stay at this property! We had requested them to provide us with a room in their colonial wing, and they very gladly entertained our request. The room and all the amenities were very nice. We had breakfast on one of the days, and it was good too. The hotel is located in a very convenient spot, and honestly, that made a lot of difference while exploring the city. My husband even got a quick massage spa session done in the premise. Overall, we truly recommend it. "
