Hotel não é de grande porte, isso faz com de aquele ar intimista, agradável, aconchegante. Os quartos são acolhedores, limpos e espaçosos. Os funcionários atenciosos e gentis. Os pontos que precisam melhorar são: a falta de tomada no quarto, para carregar celular, notebook entre outros precisar desligar um abajur e fazer um malabarismo para colocar seu carregador, não faz sentido não ter tomada ao lado da cama ou ao lado da mesa!!!! A academia está com equipamentos quebrados, é melhor não usá-la ou sofrerá um acidente, estava molhada por causa das chuvas e não tinha equipamentos suficientes. Melhor então não tê-la. O ponto de destaque foi o Restaurante Jazz, que experiência mágica, de alto nível. Surpreendente. Tive a noite que precisa ter nesse restaurante.

As a non portuguese speaking American I could not think of a better place to stay. The food and entertainment are top rate. I have been to Curitiba many times and this is the 3rd time at this property.i highly recommend it.

Nice hotel, great location in a safer part of town. Several high end shopping centres a short walk away. Helpful staff, firm but comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast which starts around 0600. Rooms are cleaned nicely each day before lunch. Power outlets nearly all Brasil 3-pin - of course not ideal for foreign guests. Well stocked minibar but no sign of a bottle opener. Oddly, there was a range of teas in the room but no coffee. The teas were not replenished during my 4 night stay and coffee never appeared. The corner rooms offer more privacy and better views, well worth the small supplemental charge.

Nice place with a Jazz theme in a great area
Nice hotel that is very comfortable with bilingual staff that speak English. The staff is helpful, the beds are comfortable, and the free breakfast buffet has anything you could want. Great place for business or travel.

Extremely helpful
The staff went above & beyond to help me. I don’t speak the language and they had several English speaking staff, unlike other cities in Brazil. The rooms were extremely clean and the bedding very comfortable. I didn’t have the proper adaptor but they provided me one at the front desk. I did not eat at the restaurant for dinner as it was closed on Sunday as well as the bar- this was the only disappointment. But the breakfast had a large variety of food. They set up my transportation and provided recommendations for shopping & dining with directions. They even spoke with the drivers to ensure they knew exactly where to take me. I will return here every time I am here for business!

Great hotel
I stayed there 7 nights. The place was very nice for the price, the Jazz theme was fun, all of the staff were very nice and hospitable, and almost everyone on the front desk staff spoke English well, which was very helpful since my Portuguese is limited. Also, the breakfast is exceptional and has something for everyone. The only limitation is that the cleaning staff forgot to give more soap and toilet paper a few nights.

Best hotel for the deal
This is a great hotel to stay. First of all it has a wonderful design, modern, comfortable, very luxurious. Second, the staff was very helpful and courteous. The Breakfast was very good and the room spacious, very clean and elegant. Walking distance from the Crystal Mall. Nice place to eat and shop. I really enjoyed my stay.

Friendly people, fun entertainment.
You are greeted with a smile and myself not speaking the native language (Portuguese ) found the staff's mastery of English a pleasant surprise. The hotel bar features local talent performing the American art form jazz. That in turn makes the performers extremely happy to know there are Americans listing. I have been to many jazz clubs in the U.S. and have never been in such a relaxed atmosphere as you will find at the Slaviero full jazz hotel bar. My only regret is that we couldn't spend more days at the hotel.
