Perfect spot for early departure from Milan. Fun activities available for our whole family. Comfortable, clean, modern rooms. Very helpful staff despite our inability to speak Italian. Highly recommend.

The Hotel was very well located at the Milan Malpensa Airport . We can walk from Terminal 2. However, the shower was not great, when you take a shower, the water splashes everywhere in the bathroom. The toilet was next to the shower and no place to put your feet. The staff was very nice and our check in was very fast

Very very noisy, even with closed windows terrible sound from the airport and airport warehouse 24 hours a day. It was impossible to sleep, despite of we asked for a quiet room.

The property was very convenient to the airport. It is right by terminal two Malpensa airport. They had a bus to Airport every 15 minutes. The only issue I had, was front desk agent was very sick and kept turning around to blow her nose. She should not have been checking customers in that sick. She also made a mistake and also checked someone else in same room. A little frightening to have someone walk right in with their key. When I went down she apologized and comped my dinner. All was OK other than that.

Ventilation not working in room so it was terribly hot at night and not feasible to leave window open all night due to lower level floor and directly adjacent the airport (noise). Had an early morning flight and desperately needed a couple hours of solid sleep. Real shame as the facility in the lobby was decent but non-existent sleep due to hot temperature in room during February, made it very uncomfortable. Staff advised of issue upon check out.

This was an awesome hotel for an affordable price. We landed late on a Sunday night so we didn't want to travel into downtown im the middle of the night as first-timers. The staff was friendly and helpful in suggesting transportation options. The food and drinks were great and served late (10:45pm). Drinks all night or available in the snack shop 24 hrs. Would definitely stay again! The only downside is the only thing nearby is the airport. Transportation was easy enough into Milan but if you are looking to stay close to your hotel and looking to have sights nearby, this may not be the hotel for you.

Great stay if you’re flying out and need a clean, comfy and close location to terminal. Has a shuttle in front that leaves every 15 minutes. Well worth the convenience. The only drawbacks are the front desk young lady who seems to be bothered by any questions and seems miserable being at work. It’s your job to be welcoming and provide information about the stay. Secondly, you can hear all the walking from the floor above.

The location was perfect, right across Terminal 2. The ambience is hip and fun, with modern design and lighting. We had fun playing the foosball in the restaurant. The food and drinks were kind of pricey, but we would have paid the same if we walked to the airport cafes. The room was very comfortable and quiet, we did not hear any plane noise at all. The design was modern and fun. The thermostat was not working though, we tried to adjust it but it would go back to the previous setting, so it was kind of too warm.

location is perfect, though we had a morning flight via Terminal 1, it was very convenient to use the shuttle bus

It’s a great value for money place super clean and basic amenities like breakfast coffee etc available at a very cheap price . It’s right across terminal 2 so the free shuttle bus to terminal one and the train to centralle all right across the hotel

It’s an easy hip spot but they are completely inflexible and unaccommodating to business travelers. My work schedule changed and they refused any type of credit or refund. Maybe they’re running more of a hostel?
