Area was easy to get to. Hospital was really close by (had an appointment there) clean building. Didnt care for noise in rooms close by. Talking loud at night.

Worst Experience of my life
Horrible experience!!! I booked 2 queens i get to hotel and they said we don't have 2 queens. So sorry you are out of luck. They refused to refund me or give me a voucher. I had to sleep in my car. The front staff was horrible and awful customer service

I was passing through Cumming amd had made a reservation through Expedia. I found that I would arive after 11:00pm and called the desk to make sure that they would not rent out my roo. Glenda told me that she would hold the room till midnight. I arrived at 11:30pm and was informed that Glenda rented out my room. I was insensed and told Glenda that she promised to keep my room till midnight. She threatened to call the sheriff if I did not leave immediately. I left and found another room at Holiday Inn Express. When I got home, I found out that I had been charged cancellation fee for not showing up. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and a very UNPLEASANT EMPLOYEE, GLENDA.

The hotel and staff was great only one problem the toilet was leaks water real bad i reported it and the hotel front desk manager took care of the problem. Was satisfied
