"My room had apiece of trash behind the door and the toilet needed to be cleaned on the outside seat. The room needed a coffee maker since the lobby does not open until 6 which is when they also open the continental breakfast. The food was good for what it was. The stag was very friendly and provided excellent service. The remote to my was missing and when I reported it, they quickly found or replaced it. I did not use the outdoor pool but it look nice. It was screened it and bbq pit were near by it. I did not use the indoor gym. It is located off of the dining area but looked to have the essentials."

"The hospitality of Kirkly and Lisa was AMAZING. We felt welcomed and cared for our entire stay. The building is well kept, clean. The personal touches make a difference, right down to the small fresh floral arrangements. The convenience of having a refrigerator and coffee right outside your room was nice. The Breakfast were just right and my husband said it was the best grits he ever had. We had dinner one of our nights there and it was so well prepared. We had to walk it off in the park that is a block away. The ability to walk to the Cumberland Island Ferry with a terrific "Sack Lunch" from the Inn was the easiest way to day trip to a National Treasure. We look forward to going back very soon."

"Cumberland Queen Cottage exceeded every expectationFrom the moment we arrived, it was clear this property is exceptionally well cared for. The house was immaculate, and the linens and cleanliness were first-rate throughout. The owner was responsive and attentive, which made the whole experience seamless from booking through checkout.The location in St. Marys is a real asset. Easy walk into town, a beautiful dock and pier on the river right across the street, and a park directly behind the home. It’s a quiet, charming setting that fits the area perfectly.Would absolutely recommend this cottage to anyone visiting the area, especially if you’re heading over to Cumberland Island."

"We had a great stay! It worked for what we needed. We ladies were a little concerned about the area at first but everything was fine & we felt safe. The kitchen could use a 9 x 13 & an 8 x 8 dish of some kind. The freezer could use some ice trays. The internet code was too complicated & never could get it to work. Nice sitting areas to visit! Thank you for having Kleenex in the bedrooms & bathrooms! Overall us ladies enjoyed your place! Thank you!"

"I have stayed at the Riverview in the past and loved it. This time there were a few inconveniences...ice maker out of order, bathroom sink very slow draining, tv said no signal when turned on, no hairdryer, had to ask for one at the front desk. I was only there one night so I did not complain, but for the money the room should have been perfect, imo. "

"House was great. Plenty of room. We were there for a reunion and some of the other people went on a historical walking tour and came by the house because it was on the tour. Only issue we had was a dead weak battery in the door lock. Contacted the host and they sent someone out to fix it."
