"Quarto confortavel, porém com bastante barulho no andar de cima durante toda madrugada. Café da manhã gostoso, porém não muito variado. No geral, uma boa opção. Hotel não se mostrou aberto a pedidos simples, como por exemplo, nos colocar num quarto com varanda para o estacionamento(aberto) inves de varanda para a parede do vizinho que nos tinha sido colocado. No momento da reserva não foi apresensentado opcoes diferentes de vista, o hotel estava relativamente vazio e mesmo assim só nos trocaram...

"Very basic hotel. Pros - it had the right amount of beds, shower with hot water, mini fridge, AC, balcony, pool and small breakfast included. Cons - no elevator, very small bathroom, low water pressure in the shower, linens were stained and dingy, no safe, no hair dryer, no clothes iron, the pool is open 24 hours so, it gets very noisy even at night with music until 9 pm. Things hotel could do to improve is - better cleaning, install safe, hair dryer, new linens, more options at breakfast,...

"Convenient and safe location with access to the mall and lots of parking spaces. Staff was nice, room was clean, breakfast was good and shower was ok. Room lacked clothes iron and soap dish on the sink and had damage to the wall paper. Our room was close to the shopping parking lot that had a venue on the rooftop that hosted a party Friday and Saturday night. Music was very loud which made it impossible to sleep. "Just stayed one night. Hotel was a nice surprise. Location was great. Lots of restaurants, and a shopping mall within walking distance. Hotel parking was adequate. There breakfast was very good, lots of options to choose from. Size of room was good, beds were comfortable. Staff were very polite, pleasant and helpful. I will stay here again. "
