Both bedrooms smelled very bad because of the bathroom pipes. We felt we slept in a sewer. Terrible night sleep because windows had to be opened and there were a lot of mosquitoes coming in the room. We woke up with multiple mosquito bites. Also, when booking it did not state an additional charge for a late check, but we were told that there would be a late check charge after 9pm.

This is a really beautiful place! You feel like you're in the country and yet only about 15 minutes or so drive to Santiago de Compostela. But the best part was how gracious, friendly, and helpful our hosts, Julia and Julio were! Just a precaution if you have a mid to large size car, parking is really tight, but driving around the area, that seems to be the norm so definitely don't let that deter you from staying at this beautiful place!

"The property is around 15mins drive outside of A Coruña centre and very quiet. The free shuttle bus ran 4 x daily between 11am and 8:30pm to the centre. The number 24 bus runs more frequently from the bus stop just up the road and is only 1.30€. I used both. My taxi to/from the airport was 15€-20€ ..."
