The Villa is located in the Cap Blanc Residential Urbanization. Located 5 km from the center of the town of Cullera and 1km from the Cullera Lighthouse, it has numerous restaurants in the area, a pharmacy, a health post and numerous local businesses. Very close to the “English beach”. The nearest supermarket is located 800m away and has home delivery service. Located in front of Cap Blanc beach, it is perfect for practicing water sports such as windsurfing and snorkeling. Etc. The highlights are its impressive sunsets and the fine sand of its beach. Another of the tourist attractions of Cullera consists of its gastronomy, you can try several types of exquisite rice, among which we must highlight baked rice, arroz a banda or seafood zarzuela. We must not forget that we are in the province of Valencia, land of rice and that the environment supplies the raw materials that make up the dishes. The ingredients are found in the Valencian garden, the Júcar River, the Mediterranean Sea and the Estany, which gives it an important value, known worldwide and admired for its healthy qualities.

#### Great location, pity about the utensils
This lovely villa in a fabulous location is let down by the poor maintenance and inadequate supplies. Several light bulbs need replacing; the aircon units are extremely dusty, blowing detritus into the room when first turned on; flush on downstairs loo doesn't always shut off and we had to buy a knife sharpener to get useable knives. Plus this is the first time we've arrived at a self-catering property – and we've done lots – with no supplies in the kitchen; nada: no condiments, no welcome tea/coffee/milk, absolutely nothing. Luckily we had half-an-hour before the supermarket closed for 36 hours. Appalling service!
