Wake up to seeing the sunrise on the beach .... Price all included: wifi free, bed sheeting, towels, centralized air conditioning, SUN, swimming-pool, beach and relax.... Penthouse with spectacular views of sea and mountain within 30 minutes from valencia. WIFI included. Located in Cap Blanc, the most exclusive and quiet residential area of Cullera. It's ideal for your family holidays. The apartment has a terrace of 33 square meters. You can have breakfast, lunch, dine, sunbathe, relax, play and enjoy the view on the terrace. The attic has three bright rooms, 2 rooms with double bed and 1 with 2 single bed, a spacious dining room, kitchen and two bathrooms, one with bath and the other one with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, washing machine, cooker, oven, microwave, etc.. Important: the apartment has air conditioning throughout the house. You will not spend heat in summer or cold in winter. As our reviews demonstrate, we take the hygiene and disinfection of the apartment very seriously. Cleaning is performed by a certified professional cleaning company. The bed linen and towels are washed, sanitized and ironed by a large industrial laundry that serves the best known hotels and hospitals of the province. The living room is bright and spacious. It has a sofa and a armchair to enjoy a nap after lunch or watch TV. It also has a large table where they can eat comfortably 6 people. You can also eat at the terrace's table.... do you know how lovely it is to have dinner under stars? The holiday home has a sunshade automation, press a button and you has shade on the terrace anytime. Important: the apartment has air conditioning throughout the house. You will not spend heat in summer or cold in winter. Also has a communal pool, course overlooking the sea and the mountain on which the building is constructed. This has a private parking reserved. It is one of the least crowded beaches in Cullera. Even in August there are no crowds. There are two ways to access at the Cap Blanc beach, by the elevators in the building or by car, is easy to park within the housing development. This apartment is ideal for couples and families with childrens. You have your private parking space. There is a Consum supermarket 3 minutes by car and 15 minutes walk (900m). There are good restaurants of delicious PAELLA just 15 minutes walk (800m), too sites takeaway. As soon as you make the reservation we will give you a “DIY” guide with touristic recommendations ; Cullera, Valencia, where to eat, sites to see and sites to not see, and all the things that you can enjoy these days and we have experienced before.... I will always be available to help you for sms, email or phone. It's a different area of Cullera, calm, relaxed, just hear the birds and the sea. It's ideal for a total disconnect :) You will be surprised !! Cullera has a coastline of 15 kilometers of beautiful beaches of fine sand and transparent waters. The Mediterranean sea is very calm, perfect for children. Cullera also has a dog friendly beach, do not leave your pet at home! It is important to highlight that the origin of the paella is from Valencia. In fact, the rice fields surround Cullera and in any restaurant you can taste a delicious and traditional Valencian paella. The weather in Cullera and its more than 320 sunny days per year are perfect for a relaxing holiday with very pleasant temperatures throughout the year. There are many things to see, do and visit in Cullera and surroundings! Important!: You can leave your car at the Cullera train station and just 25 minutes you can be in Valencia city center. In the same North Station, a short walk from the Town Hall Square and the Old City. There are trains every 30 minutes to Valencia. Valencia was hit particularly hard, and it would have been nearly impossible to reach the location due to the widespread impact. As soon as we saw the news, we emailed the host, and he responded immediately. He kept us informed with timely updates on the situation around the region, even though his property was not damaged. His communication and attentiveness were exceptional and made a difficult situation much easier to navigate. While we couldn’t experience the property firsthand, the host’s professionalism and genuine concern for his guests have left a positive impression. We'd highly recommend staying here. Vicente was a wonderful host, very communicative and fast to respond throughout. Fantastic detail, there to greet us and a fantastic area guide to make the most of our stay. The apartment has stunning views from the balcony. The photos are spot on. It's well maintained & well equipped. The location is quiet & the 10 min walk down to the beach was no problem for a 7 & 13 yr old. It is uphill on the way back, so save some energy. In the week there was plenty of parking at the beach if you wanted to drive down. At the weekends, it was busier with locals parking. The smaller beach below the apartment was perfect & quieter than the 2 larger beaches either side. There is a bar & sail club (Kayak hire) there too. Altogether a pretty perfect package. We couldn't think of any we'd change (except staying for longer!). We'd definitely return. Beim Betreten des schönen Terrassen-Balkons eröffnet sich der fantastische Blick auf die Bucht und das Meer. Sowohl am Tag als auch in der Nacht immer wieder ein Genuss, den Blick schweifen zu lassen. Auch der sehr gepflegte Sandstrand hat uns angenehm überrascht. Weit über 50m ins Meer läuft man hinein und steht im ca. 28° warmen Wasser. Den Gin Tonic von der Strandbar arbeitet man sich bei der Rückkehr in das Appartement durch ein paar zu bewältigende Treppen unterstützt durch lustige Aufzüge wieder ab :-) . Oder man legt einen Zwischenstopp am hauseigenen Pool ein. Ein Auto ist generell empfohlen, kann für Restaurantbesuche, etc. in der zur Urbanisation gehörendem Parkplatz in der Nähe vom Strand gut abgestellt werden - Strandpromenade generell fußläufig erreichbar. Appartement ist sehr geräumig, gepflegt und Küche mit Backofen, Herd, Toaster etc. sehr gut ausgestattet. Gonzalo, der uns persönlich sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen hat, sowie Vicente, sind exzellent erreichbar, extrem hilfsbereit und geben gerne Tipps rund um die Region. Nos gustó mucho que es muy tranquilo, que tuviera internet y el aire acondicionado con calor es importante porque hizo un poco de fresco estos días. Прежде всего,хотелосьбы поблагодарить Висенте за отзывчивость и помощь на протяжении всей поездки! Спасибо большое! Висенте -действительно суперхост:) Насчет квартиры: хорошая квартира за такие деньги,единственный минус-находится на горе-без машины(если Вы с детьми) ,пешком добираться очень неудобно.но,если с машиной-супер!:) Пляж очень хороший,чистый,после обеда обычно волны! Рядом супермаркет (3 мин езды),чуть подальше(около 10 мин)-огромный супермаркет.до Валенсии -30-40 мин езды. Туристов мало,по будням очень мало народу на пляже,по выходным-сложновато с парковкой,но все равно ощутимо меньше,чем в туристических местах. Кто хочет относительно бюджетно отдохнуть,при условии автомобиля-вариант супер,очень советую! Квартира была действительно просторная и в ней было все, для комфортного проживания. Нас прекрасно встретили, и на любые просьбы Весенте реагировал моментально и доброжелательно. Особо хочу отметить его рекомендации по интересным местам Испании и праздникам в соседних городах. Это было незабываемо!!!! Спасибо огромное!!!! А ещё пляж Cap Blank это самый прекрасный пляж из всех посещенных. Мы были в Дении, Ховеии, Аликанте, Торревьехи и не один пляж в этих городах не может и близко сравнится с пляжем в Кульере. Широкий и длинный, прекрасный мягкий песок, небольшое количество людей. Для желающих испытать восторг от виндсёрфинга наличие двух школ и проката по правую и левую часть пляжа. Прокат каноэ. Это место рай для любителей волн))))) Супермаркет Consum в 15 минутах ходьбы от апартаментов. И ещё рекомендация..., если вы планируете отдых с маленьким ребёнком, то наличие автомобиля обязательно. Вы конечно можете прокачать свои мышцы, если это входило в ваши планы, потому что подъем и спуск на трёх лифтах и лестницах, придаст безусловный рельеф вашим мышцам)))) И ещё в Куллере нет местного проката Авто и огромные проблемы с такси. Его вызов превращался в блокбастер и ожидание не менее 40 минут))) Сначала это настораживало, но постепенно ты подстраиваешься под этот неспешный ритм, как в том анекдоте: «Как вы расслабляетесь? — А я не напрягаюсь» Испанцы живут в такой расслабленности, улыбаются и ловят сплошной кайф от всего. Так что живём и берём пример с них ))) не паримся по пустякам и получаем всеобъемлющее удовольствие Висенте, спасибо вам за наш чудесный отдых!!!!
