Step inside this lovely 4BR home and you'll feel like you're on holiday straight away. The whole place is bright and breezy, with coastal tones and open spaces. The open plan kitchen, dining and living space commands a central position, leading off to a separate lounge area with large Smart HD TV and DVD player. There are4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate laundry (with washer and dryer), as well as a study area. The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with coffee maker (what's a holiday without your morning coffee?) and breakfast bar.  
  
Sealing the deal on the kids front, this property also boasts a large backyard, perfect for cricket, which is also fully fenced. But wait, there's more - the double-garage at the front of the house has been turned into a games room while still providing plenty of room for parking in the driveway.  
  
At the rear of the house, there's a lovely covered alfresco lounge and dining setting with BBQ, as well as an uncovered outdoor setting with an umbrella. There's also an outdoor shower to wash off straight from the beach (did we mention the beach is only 200 metres away?).  
  
In the bedrooms, the master has a queen bed and ensuite, while the second bedroom also has a queen bed. The third and fourth bedrooms both have two single beds. Quality linen and towels are provided, saving luggage space for your trip! Free wifi completes the picture, making this holiday home your ideal accommodation option for your next Shoalhaven trip.  
  
The property is located approximately 200 meters to the main beach, 1.6 kms from Woolworths and a short 650 meters to the local coffee shop and take-away.  
  
The beautiful blue waters are home to many dolphins, whales and other aquatic life, the opportunity to sight these graceful locals is one of the major features that make this area a magnet for lovers of nature.  
  
Culburra Beach is also known for whale watching, placed such that the migration, both north and south, can be observed as they pass by. The majority of whales sighted are Humpback whales, which migrate along the east coast from June to November.  
  
The choice of water sports is wide and many people come to scuba dive, snorkel, fish, stand up paddleboard and explore these famous waters.  
  
Coastal, marine and hinterland National Parks offer fantastic bushwalking, cycling tracks, indigenous culture, camping spots, cliff-top lookouts and maritime heritage. See kangaroos, wallabies, echidnas, wombats and many rare bird and animal species in the wild.  
  
Unspoiled coastal and country villages have local produce markets, boutique shops, art galleries and a terrific museum. The area boasts world-class cafes, restaurants, pubs & wine bars.

A great location, a very short walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed to have a relaxing break. Our dogs loved the large yard. We’ll be back.

#### Perfect family beach holiday

Great place to connect with extene family and bring the dog along too. Nice spacious house with plenty of entertaing/ relaxation space, extra fridge/freezer, ping pong, a great location close to a beautiful beach. Woolwoths close by had all the essentials and enjoyed Little Snapper and Loco Lane for dinners out.
