A pousada não é afiliada à Hoteis.com!!!
Se não fosse a gentileza e preocupação dos proprietários eu teria passado o Carnaval ao relento! Com a cidade lotada, chego munida do e-mail de reserva e a pousada informa que sequer trabalha com a Hoteis.com, que não tem nenhum contrato com o site e que desconhecia a minha reserva, pois nunca havia recebido e-mail da Hoteis.com. Após contato com a Hoteis.com, a atendente não sabia informar o que tinha acontecido e ligou para o estabelecimento para confirmar isso, pedindo que nos acomodassem. Carnaval, cidade cheia!!! Resultado: dormimos na casa dos proprietários, que foram gentis e preocupados conosco, ao contrário da Hoteis.com que continua a colocar a pousada no site quando os proprietários desconhecem esse fato e não recebem os pedidos de reserva. Cuidado, clientes da Hoteis.com! Muita irresponsabilidade da empresa Hoteis.com, compensada pela solidariedade da Jane e Wellington, proprietários do estabelecimento!
