Overall it was a great stay specially the hotel customer service. I like the hotel building external classic spanish style architecture and the swimming pool general picturesque looks/design.. There are some minor flaws most likely because this is old building. Like there is not enough power outlet plugs -- the coffee pot I have to plug in the outlet in the washroom sink, hard to close the shower door handle from the inside of the shower stall you could close it when your outside the stall but if you are inside taking a shower, it's impossible to do so

"I liked the overall facility. I like that they have a gate they lock at night. room clean and had air conditioning. Pools were clean. None of the water slides were on. that is one of the main reasons for a non 5 star review. The cheaper rooms are not the one in the main picture either. That is fine ..."
