Perla is located in Csopak, one of the most sought-after areas  
around lake Balaton. The three-bedroom villa accommodates up to 6 people comfortably. The entire property is exclusively yours. Share it with your friends or family, you will love it.  
On arrival you will witness stunning views of the lake and the surrounding landscape.  
The old villages of Csopak and Paloznak are just within a walking distance.  
The two-storey building offers 100 square meters of space.  
Downstairs a living room and dining area welcomes you to relax inside.  
Also on this level we have a bathroom with shower, a kitchen fully equipped with everything you may need for cooking. There is a Nespresso coffee machine for your morning brew.  
The building is air conditioned. Upstairs there are three bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin) and a bathroom with bathtub.  
Hair dryer, heating, 100% cotton towels and bed linen further enhance the quality of this accommodation.  
The large terrace area includes a private heated pool, garden furniture, two covered sections, barbeque and 6 sun-loungers for soaking up the sun.  
Enjoy al fresco dining while watching the kids play in the pool and garden. Free on street parking.  
Pool is open seasonally, it is heated but the water temperature strongly depends on the outdoor air temperature. During Spring and Autumn months proper pool temperature can not be guaranteed.  
Household detergents and cleaning tools are provided.  
Pool towels, coffee capsules, laundry detergents are not provided.
