"This property is very run down it needs a lot of work the hallway carpet had holes in it and was sturdy the room the sink had cracks in it the desk chair was missing a wheel the nightstand and headboard had chips in it the telephone did not work so I had to go downstairs to find out how to connect to the internet they don't tell you or give you a car thing with your room number so you have to keep telling yourself to remember some people don't always remember their room number which was the case where some lady forgotten was trying to get into my room also the people had a tissue in it there was no glass there and had a tissue blocking the people it needs a lot of work"

"This place was absolutely amazing. The host was easy to contact from the booking all the to checkout. She stayed in contact with me. The home is lovely, warm and inviting. My family loved it. It was clean inside and outside. The location was perfect, everything you need is either in walking distance or driving distance. Normally you would find something to say this place was good but…. Honestly there are no buts; everything was perfect. I will definitely keep this home for my future stays in the Pittsburgh area "

"There is no elevator at this property, so you will be carrying everything up stairs to your room if you’re not on the first floor. The ceiling paint was peeling and our bathroom door didn’t shut. Window cleaner and rag was left in our room "

"The listing was inaccurate - the beds situation that was listed was not what was there , thank goodness the 1 person did not come with us - he would've had nowhere to sleep , the beds were uncomfortable, hardly slept at all the whole time I was there the listing said towels were included - they were not there , the host said ceiling fans did not work, but all they had to do was be switched on - will not ever be staying here again - be very wary if you do -its WAY off the beaten path - renter beware "

"The only problem I had was the fact that I booked my reservation with Hotels.com. Apparently it causes a problem with their bookkeeping system and it took considerable time at checkin for the clerk to figure out how to handle "incidental charges". I prepaid my room charges thru Hotels.com so they did not have my credit card on file. I gave them my credit card to handle any incidental charges. Twice during my short stay I purchased a soda from the little store area in the lobby. I offered to pay cash, but the clerk said it would be easier to charge it to the room. On check out, the clerk on duty did not know how to handle the charge for the two sodas which I believe was about $6. I was in a hurry and had to leave and trusted they would figure it out and charge it to my card. As of this date I have not seen a charge on my card for the two sodas. Not a big deal but you would think they would know how to handle these types of things and it was just a minor annoyance."

"The staff at the front desk when we were both checking in and out were nice and the whole lobby area was neat and clean. The room was very clean and appreciated that they provided makeup wipes in the bathroom also. We were in the area for a concert at the arena and this was a good place to stay outside of the city. Would stay here again and recommend it "

"Hot tub was low on water, so the jets were spraying everywhere. The parking was "free," but stipulations on how you can park, etc., are enforced. Lots of noise from the upstairs overnight. We couldn't sleep due to the noise. Water pressure was meh in the shower. "

"The hotel is dated, but we found it clean and very comfortable. The railroad tracks were nearby, but they didn't bother us. I usually have trouble sleeping in strange beds, but I slept very well."
