"The room was an older room but clean. Some staff that I interacted with were nice. However the front desk staff didn’t even mention there was breakfast that I could have ordered to my room. When I went in I was asked if I had stayed there in the past and I was shown a confusing map and that was it. I wasn’t even asked how my stay was when I checked out. Being there for the first time I was confused about where things were and didn’t feel like going back to the front desk to ask."

"Renovation is going on I picked the hotel because I was told they had a gym. They do have a gym so the person that told me that was correct they just forgot to mention it's not open until renovation is complete. Shower drain was clogged. Bed and pillows was comfy. Fridge didn't work. Location is in walking distance of a variety of food choices. Check in was super quick and easy so that was nice. Room was pretty clean ac worked I didn't see any bugs so that's a plus. Breakfast was simple fruit, sliced bread, mini muffins, mini donuts, cereal, juice, coffee, and tea. Overall not a bad experience."

"Place needs updating. Old dirty looking carpet in room, old bedding walls & door franes need cleaning & paint. Whole place could use a good cleaning."

"The hotel is technically new but there is a bad smell (cigarette) in the rooms and common areas. Moreover, the walls are paper thin. I could hear my neighbor's TV all night as well as when they were flushing their toilet. It would probably be wise to have the elevators should probably be activated by room keys rather than giving access to anybody to the floors."

"Staff was nice. It’s an old property, and its age shows. Rooms are old looking, crumbling sidewalks, carpet in halls and room looked dingy, looks like it’s been painted several times, bumbles and bumps, painted over vs sanding it down, wall paper seems adhesive isn’t sticking well. Pool area is a mess."

"The hotel was nice a little "tired". The pool was dirty and full of hair😬 the bar was Way understaffed and the waiters were making their own drinks ( not very well) while trying to wait on way too many tables"
