I have stayed at this location a few times. This time was a completely different experience. I was told they now need a $100 cash deposit for incidentals. I had also spoke with a gentleman early that morning and asked him if they do late check outs. He said they did. It was 12 and he took my room number. 11:15 one of the front office ladies comes banging on the door. I explain that we were told we can stay until 12 and she got extremely rude. Wanting to know why we need a late check out. She kept yelling until I said we are leaving. The chair in the room had child drawings in pen on it. The floor felt like it was barely holding on. There must have been water damage in that room and it was never repaired properly. I will not be staying at this location again. The door doesn't shut completely so you could feel the cold air coming in and here the highway.

Area around the hotel felt sketchy and the worker at the front desk wasn’t pleasant to deal with. Ended up going somewhere else without getting our money back.

I always stay at red roof inns because of their generous pet policy while traveling as I have two labs. And the rooms are generally really clean for this price range. The rooms looked good, but the beds were nearly twin size and very squeaky. The AC smelled like urine for some reason and the WiFi wouldn’t work. There was a coffee maker but it was unplugged with nowhere to plug it in. Definitely my least favorite Red Roof Inn. One good thing, however, is that they are directtv and good channels!

Tonight is a five star experience in Red Roof Crossville, TN!!! Tucson Red Roof was not a great experience, Days Inn in West Memphis was bad, so was the Super 8 in Mount Pleasant ! Moral of the story to all travellers, these franchises are owned and modernized independently:)

The ice machine was broken and the 2 vending machines didn't work. Only a few of the light fixtures outside the room had covers and some covers hanging off. The toilet wouldn't flush and when I called the front desk they brought me a plunger which did not fix the problem. It wasn't stopped up it was the handle and when I called back she said she'd let someone know but no one ever came back. I stayed 3 nights and never received more towels or wash cloths. Front desk clerk was ok but it was a late check in so maybe he was just tired. Breakfast was limited but great coffee. Probably wouldn't stay again.

Love love love this place!
We are staying here long term while we await our house being ready. The staff and service here is amazing. Clean rooms, very quiet and overall nice atmosphere. If I had one thing to complain about is they could improve on their breakfast. Not even butter for toast and bagels

The rooms were dirty and smelled! The sheets and towels had stains on them. When asked for cleaner sheets and towels they said they didn’t have any. When I asked for an extra pillow they said they didn’t have any. There was bug in the bathroom. Absolutely horrible! 0/10! I would avoid this place! I booked for 2 days and stayed less than 2 hours it was that bad!

This was not that expensive but it was still way too expensive for what we got. Very old property in dire need of a lot of remodeling. Outside entry to the rooms with lots of noisy people from businesses nearby. Mattresses were not very comfortable but then again everything was very old.

Comfy bed!
King size bed was very comfortable! Room was clean and we were able to park right in front of it. The hotel is a little old but still in good condition. We would stay here again. It’s close to the highway and places to eat.

Well first of all why is the same hotel, same room twenty dollars more in one city than another 15 miles away? Doesn’t make sense to me, also the night check in lady is quiet rude and makes you feel like you’re not welcome to stay there. I doubt that I’ll stay here again.

During peek season and over 100 degrees heat index, I can believe their pool is closed. They do not let people know. You can hear the neighbors really well and the TV wouldn’t pick up a signal. Disappointed I paid this much for this room.

The room was fairly clean other than a very moldy shower curtain. The bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable. The pillows were very cheap and uncomfortable. The grass areas around the property had a lot of trash. The location is convenient.

This property is below the standards of any hotel. The doors would not stay closed. In our goat room there was water all over the floor from the ac unit and a bandage stuff over the electrical outlets. I would not recommend or return.

1. Expedia over charged me, by more than $50.00 a night 2. Pool was closed, has been closed and will continue to be closed. 3. Dirty room, infested with ants and spiders. 4. They didn’t clean room. Didn’t make bed, or change towels for second night stay.

Avoid this hotel
Initially, upon arrival, had to check in like I was in the hood via a security screen. This didn’t make me feel comfortable to begin with then I didn’t even get a hello I just got asked “ID” then shoved a piece of paper and said “fill this out” Once I got into the room, I found a stain on one of the beds and leaking faucet and stains on the floor under the AC unit and next to the bed the hotel management is well aware of this, as when I bought it to their attention when checking out They didn’t seem to really care regarding the sheets. I didn’t even get an apology.

Perfect Motel!
My family and I had an awesome stay at the Red Roof Inn, Crossville Tennessee. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Continental breakfast includes hard-boiled eggs, toast, cereal, bagels, etc. Awesome place to stay and we definitely plan to stay there again. Highly recommend it! Very up-to-date rooms with good Wi-Fi and USB ports everywhere for charging devices. Incredibly comfortable pillows and beds.

Order a room for 3 people with two beds after a 11 hr. Drive at 77 years old had us down for one bed had to wait a hour for them to clean up a room. Pool was not running and I needed cleaned bad.we have stay there afew times as my son lives there. But never again.

Our rooms smelled like smoke, we got 1 pillow per bed , our tvs didn’t work and when we went to the office to have them fixed they never came down!

Great service but the room had greasy fingerprints a dead moth in the vanity holes in the shower and a used coffee pod in the machine. Mysterious phone call at 1:30 am will not come back

The location was good. The motel looked good overall. Our room was clean. Yhe only problem we had was the toilet was leaking. There was quite a bit of water in the floor. It looked like the supply line was in bad shape. We could deal with this for only a one night stay but would not want to deal with the keat for an extended stay.

Great for the price
Stay was surprisingly nice for the cheap price of a night. Only issues I had were the bathroom door being difficult to close (something wrong with a hinge) and the morning staff left the milk on the counter for the breakfast, with no plan to put it in some kind of a refrigerator.

Interesting experience, staff was friendly. Arrived at 3pm to find loddy locked defiantly different from other Red Roof Inns. Rooms clean but has a musky smell, parking lot and exterior could use TLC.
