"I prepaid for this room on hotels.com. The hotel also charged me. The staff has acknowledged that it shouldn't have happened, but the manager is the only person who can reverse the charge. Over two weeks have passed since I first pointed out the error and the manager will not return my numerous calls."

"Clean room, most of the staff was great. The lady Sunday night was fantastic. Yhe gal doing breakfast on Tuesday was not. Cut my finger on the butter holder and went to ask her for a bandaid. I was bleeding pretty good and she could have cared less. She wouldn't even let me ask her a question and yelled at me cause she thought I was going to walk into the kitchen. Explained I just wanted to ask a question and she went outside instead of helping me. There was no napkins, bread, juice, cream cheese for bagels, only meat choice was sausage and no omelettes at breakfast. Choice was cereal but almost out of milk, waffle and scrambled eggs. "

"Stayed here one night for a road trip out west. I didn't remember much so it must have been pretty good. The rooms are always great at Days Inn location and gives a 'good enough' breakfast. Hot food items would have been nice though. This is the second Days Inn I stayed at that doesn't have an elevator anymore though. I wonder why. I could've requested for the first floor, but I'm young enough to go up to the second. The bar connected to the bar was excellent. More divey but definitely my kind of vibe. "

"Room was poorly kept up after cleaning staff came by (ie bed skirt was off, handles were sticky and dirty). Sink did not drain properly and breakfast was not very good either. Staff is nice but for the price I think I’ll go elsewhere next time. "

"Check in was fine, had trouble with our tv and when I called they laughed, we got it to work ourselves but I have noticed every time we stayed there every channel says no information so it takes forever to find something to watch. A guessing game and there is nothing on most of the channels. Housekeeping (a man) watched me walk into the room but 2 mins later opened up our door. Very uncomfortable for my daughter and I. "
