"There was a minor communication issue where Verbo failed to notify the property owner of the rental but once the property owner was notified of our arrival she was more than accommodating. The accommodations were clean and very inviting. Memory beds were very comfortable. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area to book this property. "This is a perfect space for family. Although our visit was not for pleasure, it was wonderful for the group. The home is well equipped to hold a large group with space upstairs that was perfect for the youth to hang out. "We had a wonderful time on Orchard Island! Such a friendly area. Our trip was to see the eclipse and we were not disappointed. We would love to come back in the summer and actually use the lake! We were saddened by all the tornado damage in the area but Chris was so helpful about keeping us updated on the house and businesses in the area. We were happy to come and support the area."
