Pleasantly surprised by property conditions and service. Room-decent size, love the small town atmosphere. Decent restaurants nearby. Welcoming gifts of bottled water, cups of lemon water, coffee in lobby. Quiet night. Would recommend.

Our rates are very competitive to the hotels around us, and most of them never had, or have currently, a pool. The pool is a free amenity, and not a fee you pay at check in.Thank you for your feedback.

Staying because of power outage. Very helpful front desk. They have gone above to help residents to have a place to stay while under days of power outage.

Great location off the i5, delicious hot breakfast, quiet rooms. I forgot my coat there and they kept it safe until I was coming back around a few days later. Excellent customer service! Thanks!

I liked how staff treated us. Late checked in but front gave us late check out option without extra charge. Just one thing swimming pool was under maintenance. Kids were sad...but overall comfortable.

supposed to be pool and Jacuzzi and yet maintenance kept us from using it. the paiting for the motel didnt mention it in listing but sneakily in small print way down in random unrelated area where no one would ever look to see thd pool wouldnt be usable. we booked for this of we could have stayed somewhere else for far less money. very pissed

Thank you for your feedback. We did post on all the sites we can that the pool room is down for maintenance. We understand this can be an inconvenience. We do not control where on the site of third parties the information shows up. Please always call hotels ahead if you have specific needs of the hotel.

Area is safe and well lit for an evening walk to the gas station. Rooms were clean and quite clean. Hotel staff was prompt and friendly and the complimentary breakfast was nice and filling.

The property was very run down. The carpet was filthy, walls were dirty. Surfaces were not wiped down, hand/finger prints on headboard, lamps, and desktop. The staff were not very friendly. Only spoke to us when absolutely needed. We have stayed a few times while visiting family, but will not be staying there again.

It was inconvenient that the pool was closed. The "gym" was lacking for equipment. There was only one elevator that i was notified of, so it was busy. I liked the breakfast hours and variety of food offered, plus it wss well stocked all the way to the end.

Remember to ask the front desk of any hotel about their housekeeping program. We have signs at the desk and on the registarcard that must be signed explaining our program.
