Multi family getaway

Home size was nice. Multi bedrooms and multiple gathering rooms as well. Dining room fit 11 people at the table. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Game room needs some TLC.

Milestone birthday getaway with family

The Poconos Ranch was a perfect accommodation for our extended family of 15. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy a few days together. The game room was a hit: almost all the entertainment we needed.

Friends/Family Get Away

This was a wonderful place and excellent weekend for all of us as we put a trip together for our children as they are all graduating and heading off to college. We had a wonderful time and would 100% return.

Great stay!

We had a great stay in this huge house! We were 5 families, and it never felt crowded. The house is close to some beautiful hikes and to great wolf lodge, and we took advantage! Scott was very responsive when I had any questions. Very satisfied with our trip!

Fantastic time with kids!

We arrived with a few families and many kids as two days of rain set in. The colorful ranch was so spacious and had so much to do in the game room, though, we didn't even mind! The house was clean and well stocked from linens to kitchen supplies. Scott was attentive and available for any quick questions, too. We loved our stay!

AMAZING

Great spot for a group stay! We had a bachelor party of around 20 people. Lots of large bedrooms and bathrooms and the game room and movie theater was AWESOME! Large kitchen for a dinner party! Large driveway for multiple cars. Very close to liquor stores and grocery stores. Scott was very easy to communicate with.

perfect for our large extended family winter getaway

The house was great, All NINE bedrooms were very large & comfortable. plenty of towels. game room and secret card room were fun for the kids and adults. hot tub was in working order & so were all appliances and heat & hot water were excellent. The only one thing that was a little tricky was lots of ice around the property - so not easy coming & going with my elderly parents or getting the kids into the hot tub - but the Ice covered everyone’s property in the entire poconos and the weather was crazy plus they did have ice melt so i’m giving them a pass on this issue. overall we definitely would stay at this property again and the kids said it was the best part about the entire trip! Thanks for a great stay!

2nd Christmas

The size of the house was accurate and the game room was spectacular. We really loved the open floor plan between the kitchen and living room. The bedrooms had plenty of comfortable beds for large groups. Scott was very responsive during the entire stay. We had an issue upon arrival and he was able to fix the problem without issue. The communication was great!The home could undergo some light repairs, with that said, our stay was not impacted.The rules and strict request to not leave the property or walk in the community was off putting and felt slightly uninviting. Overall, we had a great stay.

Spacious poconos ranch house

Stayed for 2 nights in December with extended family and would stay again. This was a great house for a group of 18 with plenty of space. The game room, poker room, and movie room are all awesome features. The bathrooms were all nice and included walk in showers. The kitchen and dining room had plenty of space for us. The host Scott was responsive and helpful.

Perfect!

We had a fantastic stay at Mountainhome! The layout was perfect for our stay. We had 6 teen girls and 3 teen boys with us and were able to separate them so they didn’t get in each others way. The game room is amazing, and so spacious that even though everyone was in there playing different games, at the same time, it still didn’t feel crowded. Location is great and within 10-20 mins of anything you can want to do. We highly recommend!

Don't hesitate to book!

Scott's home is exactly as pictured and just gorgeous. Everything is carefully decorated and you can just tell someone took great care to make it feel like a home to anyone traveling there. We had a group of 17 adults and we never felt like we were on top of each other because of how large the house is inside. There were beds for everyone which was a huge plus too. Scott's communication was great as there was an issue with trahs pickup, but it was something clearly out of his hands and he worked through it with us with no issues. This house has it all, space for everyone, and we had an incredible visit. We have already talked about getting together again next year to come back. Thank you Scott!

Awesome Family Getaway

There was a group of 18 of us, three families ranging from 14-50. It was the perfect space for us. The house was clean and spacious. We went snow tubing at Camelback and it was about 25 minutes away. We were there for the Superbowl and ordered heros from Lewis Market around the corner and they were delicious. Pizza from Capri Pizza around the corner was great (and we are from NY so we are tough critics). A few tips that i wish we had known/realized before. There are a few steps down to the game room - so the bedroom that is off the game room is isolated. The listing shows bedroom 1 & 2 as having a king bed, but it's bedrooms 4 & 6 that are the king beds. Bedroom 2 is actually a full bed. Not issues - just wish we had known in advance when planning it out. Also - they provided two small towels in each bedroom and no additional for the hot tub - so i would suggest bringing some of your own. It really was perfect for us - there was so much room and we never felt on top of each other. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

From the moment we booked, it was clear this host cared about our experience and it showed. The house layout and attention to detail made our stay nothing short of great. We came out as a company to get away and work on our strategic plan for 2025. What we left with was more than we could have imagined as we had our most successful team outing ever. Friends & Family Outing

We have a big group of friends from grade school and our families (17 total). Game room is monstrous and good for everyone to be together and plenty of games to choose from, which is what the trip is all about. House is big enough to allow quiet on one side so young kids could take a nap, while others played games or watched a movie.

Bachelor Party

We had my cousins bachelor party here with 15 guys (28-38 years old). The house was great and the game room was a ton of fun. The back yard is more forest than yard so you can enjoy the view rather than toss a football. But there’s plenty of space in the house and on the deck to have fun. The house manager is super responsive too!
