Their room got very toasty overnight with the heat set around 70F because we had their door closed. "Very nice setting and location. descent sized rooms. furniture is a little warn and uncomfortable. We had no hot water the first night but the local folks worked hard to get it fixed asap. They also came right away to fix a faucet that broke. Kitchen was pretty well stocked but some stuff needs replacing i.e. hot pads, towels, Knives, etc. Plenty of blankets, firewood and propane along with plenty enough kitchen and bathroom supplies for a few days. "This place was a great home base for activities in Pagosa, Durango, and the surrounding areas. The only missing amenity would have been a hot tub, this could really put this place over the top. As others mentioned, noise from floors above is loud, but that is part of staying in a log cabin. We got used to it by the second night and the fandeliers in the rooms help with the noise and comfort."
