Beautiful log cabin 7 miles from Black Canyon National Park

"This cabin was in such a lovely area. It is in the middle of ranch land, but still close to town for groceries and restaurants. It has a wonderful view from the deck. It's minutes to Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. We listened to elk bugling one night and coyotes howling the next - it was quite magical."

"This is the second year that we have booked this extraordinary property for our family reunion. Scott And Kathy are the most excellent, communicative, friendly, and gracious hosts! Two years in a row, we have had the most relaxing and enjoyable experience on this breathtaking property. Never have I slept in a more comfortable bed! Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Anything we needed was always just a quick message away and Scott was a pleasure to deal with! We have already talked about booking again the same time next year! This will absolutely be our go to destination every single year. Beautiful views, quiet property, just LOVE the landscape. While it feels like you’re out in the middle of nowhere, you are less than five minutes from town. The property is nestled in the hills where all you can hear are the birds chirping and your own heartbeat. Just absolute peace. I feel refreshed and ready to tackle another year. "The Best! I am so happy got to stay in spacious, comfortable private room connected to nice house. The view from my room was wonderful with mountains distance and great location for visiting the spectacular north rim of Black Canyon National Park ! There is not much to do with almost no eating options close by, but I cooked food in full kitchen, The owner left essentials including coffee maker and coffee as well as some food items such as instant oatmeal and cereal (and even eggs in refrigerator). I enjoyed my stay very much !"

"We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped with everything we needed. It was also easy to access and in a convenient location. The owners were incredibly friendly, helpful, and resourceful, and communication was excellent from start to finish.
