"Every now and then you find a rental at the intersection of charming and perfect. This was one of those situations. I've travelled a lot and this was a unique property. Plenty of useful cookware and supplies, a well-appointed bathroom, and delightful bonus movie room. This was also the first time that I've ever seen chilled beer mugs in a freezer ready to go. I enjoyed perusing the DVD and book collection, but you can also log in to a streaming service. All my needs were met and the hosts were highly responsive to inquiries. It would be an ideal romantic stay for couples visiting the area. I would note that the bed was a queen size? Not sure there was space for a king size bed though. That would be my only comment."

"This camper was super clean and cute. Just the right touches everywhere to make it feel comfortable and special, even though it’s a deliberately simple place. We have stayed at rentals that cost thousands and they have not been as organized, WELL STOCKED, and quality experience as this. We truly felt like welcome guests. Having coffee by the fire as the sun rose over the mountain and field this morning was the perfect start to our day in the national park."

"Sitting on the back porch and watching the sunrise every morning, while the deer and prairie dogs go about their business, was incredibly peaceful. There were some flies to be dealt with upon arrival, and the bed was... Not great, but aside from that, you are getting exactly as it seems. A very quiet, secluded, peaceful space with not just an incredible view, but an environment that is alive."

"We had a wonderful stay! The property was incredibly peaceful. We enjoyed watching the hummingbirds while enjoying our morning coffee. The beds were very comfortable, and the location was convenient and close to town. It was a relaxing and comfortable experience, and we would love to return."

"Absolutely beautiful ranch! We stayed down in Durango for 5 nights and then drove up to Montrose and stayed at the Rim Ranch for 3 nights. Communications with the owner were always prompt, professional and courteous. The property was very clean & tastefully furnished. The sunsets from the front porch were breathtaking, as were the sunrises that we enjoyed on the back patio. We enjoyed watching the deer, and the cows in the field. The location is perfect for visiting the canyon & yet still close enough to town to be convenient. The area is full of beautiful ranches and irrigated fields. We can't say enough good things about the property! It was a true blessing to be able to stay here!"
