We hadden een probleem na sluitingstijd van het plaatselijk bureau. Het centrale nummer van Interhome (24/7 bereikbaar volgens de site en de gegeven informatie) was niet telefonisch bereikbaar. Na 37 minuten automatische antwoorden heb ik opgehangen, zonder iemand aan de lijn te hebben gehad. Really enjoyed meals on the balcony with fantastic views towards the Matterhorn. Everything went very smoothly with key collection from Interhome office in Crans Montana and drop off at the end of our stay. Many TV channels available including British TV.
