In the resort 200 m from the centre of Montana, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 750 m from the lake, 550 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, south facing position. In the complex: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, public car park at 100 m, extra. Shop 200 m, supermarket 150 m, restaurant 250 m, bakery 200 m, 4 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Montana Poste" 60 m, railway station "Funiculaire Montana Gare" 350 m, bathing lake "Moubra" 1.6 km. Im Haus ist es meistens recht still. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist herrlich. Es hat alles in der Whg., was man braucht in Küche, Wohn-, Bade- und Schlafzimmer. Matelas usés ce qui peut entraîner des maux de dos. Fond de baignoire usé. Très bien situé (10 minutes à pieds des télécabines), bien centré avec une place de parking privative. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.
