"Fran was very responsive to questions and needs. We are a family of 5 adults and there was plenty of space to relax together or have our own personal space. The pool was clean and refreshing. It is under shade, so it stayed cooler. We got to try a number bed and I learned that I like a good old-fashioned firm quilt top mattress. :) Furniture was more modern style, very nice, but I learned that I just prefer comfy cloth reclining furniture. We had a great, relaxing beach and pool vacation that we enjoyed and appreciated. I highly recommend this home."

"The house is in a quiet residential area and very private with an attached garage and a backyard, fenced on the two sides facing the neighboring houses. The pictures do not do justice to the beauty of the yard on the water. We saw dolphins swimming in the canal one morning. There was birdsong, and herons and many other birds. The whole setting was very peaceful, especially early in the morning. The house is very comfortable to live in. The check-in/check-out processes are explained well in the instructions. We found a very clean and tidy home as we entered, and the house was pleasantly cooled. The kitchen has all the appliances, pots, dinner- & silverware, gadgets, etc. for all occasions. The house comes with supplies (soap, laundry detergent, bathroom supplies, etc), and there are extra linens and towels. The wifi and AC work well, and there is live TV as well as access to major streaming platforms. The owner communicates well and answers questions promptly. My only suggestion for improvement would be to include some instructions about the workings of various gadgets around the house. We figured out all eventually but were a little worried about inadvertently damaging things. By the way, the garage door opener is the button with the red light hanging on the garage side of the door inside the house that opens up to the garage. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and a wonderful time, and would definitely consider coming back here if we visit the area again."

"I contacted them that my flight had been delayed that I would not be checking in till almost 3 in the morning. They said they would hold my room for me when I got there. The person at the front desk was quite personable and helpful room was clean bathroom was clean. I was on the first floor right by the pool even though I didn’t use it. It would’ve been nice if I had stayed longer than one day. The breakfast could’ve used a little more than just waffles and cereal. If they would add scrambled eggs, and some kind of meat would be better."

"Very helpful responseful host. 25 min from Clearwater beach. 15 min from Holiday Island and State Park. Holiday Island has paddle boards, kayaks, jet ski,. A place for everyone. If you want calm water and beach, don't go all the way to the state park. If you want to play in the waves the state park beach is the place. Just as nice but not nearly as crowded as Clearwater. The house is also 5 min from Tarpon springs, do your souvenir shopping there and save a ton of money over Clearwater. Also, if looking for good seafood or one of the best ribeye steaks I've ever had, check out Rusty Bellies at the end of the tarpon springs strip."
