The Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming house in Crach, with a jacuzzi and Wi-Fi, covering an area of 120 m² and accommodating up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 40 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub), and a garden of approximately 1,515 m². Cleaning is included in the rental and 4\* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be made up on arrival.  
  
The accommodation is laid out as follows:  
On the ground floor  
\- A 40 m² living room with TV and fireplace (wood not provided)  
\- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190)  
\- A bathroom with bathtub  
\- A separate toilet  
  
Upstairs:  
\- A bedroom with two bunk beds  
\- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190)  
\- A bathroom with shower and toilet  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.  
  
Outside:  
\- Jacuzzi available from May to September  
\- A lovely 1,515 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather  
  
The house is ideally located in Crach, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.  
  
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:  
\- Nearest train station: Auray train station 9.5 km (16 min by car)
