New management has adopted the worst practices of budget airlines, with extortionate pricing for basics like arriving at 1:30 pm for 3 pm checkin time - 20 pounds. Storing luggage -- 10 pounds per piece. Room cleaning -- extra charges. This attitude toward customers stinks."

The room was impressively spacious, especially for London, with a comfortable layout and stylish design that made it feel both luxurious and relaxing. The location of the hotel was also ideal - tucked away just two blocks from Oxford Street - it was easy to explore all key landmarks from the hotel. It was a wonderful retreat after a full day of exploring the city. Dining at the hotel was also a highlight. The food was consistently good, with a great selection and a vibrant atmosphere that made each meal enjoyable. Overall, the Sanderson offers a seamless blend of comfort, design, and outstanding service. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting London."
