"We stay here multiple times a year... right on the water... can't be beat!!"

"The ocean view was great from the 6th floor and the room was clean and stocked. Snorkeling right off the property is great and somewhat addicting. The staff is friendly and hard hard working: Alex at the snack bar kept us fed and hydrated and was very available and attentive. Vicky, also at the snack bar has a great personality and treated us well. Rosendo and dinner is very professional and provides top notch service. I can't say enough about the entire staff as they are all very helpful and friendly. Areas for improvement was the pool as it had debri and was not kept clean during the day. The barking pets was something I could do without. "

"Villa RosMar was perfect for our 11 adults visiting Cozumel for the week. The house is exactly as advertised, palatial and clean. Mariano was the perfect host, arranging transportation and entertainment with just a few minutes notice. The house and pool were cleaned daily too. Francisco and staff provided incredible meals for us, including breakfasts and dinners. We left this place feeling a bit like royalty and would not hesitate visiting again. "

"Our crazy family of 16, 10 adults and six kids, just stayed in this beautiful property of two homes for the past week. It’s so far exceeded our expectations that it’s hard to even describe. The homes are both absolutely lovely. The staff is so incredibly friendly, anxious to please, and great at their jobs. Even with 16 of us, we had rooms to spare. Every room has their own attached bath. The kitchens are large and very well equipped. Very large dining tables to seat an entire family. We Used chef service and it was absolutely unequaled. We did several breakfast, a pool service with drinks, and also a very nice dinner. These ladies & gentlemen worked their hearts out, making meals that were just out of this world. They were very accommodating to different dietary needs, and of course, all the kids and their requests. They spent hours cooking,serving the meal to the table and then cleaning up the kitchen. Don’t miss out on this service. The food was just FANTASTIC. Likewise, the groundskeeper does excellent job of maintaining pools and the grounds every morning early before we’re even up -making sure that everything is perfect. The cleaning staff is absolutely delightful, extremely responsible, and so incredibly honest that when I left a large portion of Cash behind accidentally, they contacted me to let me know that the cash had been found. Delightful people, gorgeous home, and Service unsurpassed."

"My family and I travel to Cozumel annually. This is, by far, the nicest property we have stayed at. The location was extremely private and beautiful. The staff and chefs were amazing and attended to our every need. I cannot say enough about Casa Playa. We will be back!!"

"Wonderful house with the most gorgeous views from every room. We had the best time celebrating birthdays and exploring the island. Recommend renting a car if you plan to explore. Highly recommend meals at the house with Sandras kitchen and hiring Sandra the concierge. She helped us plan a fabulous week of excursions, bought tickets for us, arranged taxis for our mainland adventure and offered many recommendations for restaurants and sites to see on the island. Only thing that could have been better was the beach conditions- lots of seaweed and murky water. Didn't keep us from paddleboarding and taking kiteboarding lessons, but wasn't ideal swimming or snorkeling conditions. Luckily the pool was perfect for staying cool and having lots of water time. Wish we could have stayed another week. Loved it!"
