"I tend to go out of my way and pay more than other local options to ve at HIE. The chains commitment to standards and consistency won me over many years ago. While it was sad to see things like labels go away, it made sense as easy ways to cut costs. Beds however, this is the first HIE ive stayed in wherd the beds were not exceptional, the the HIE price point. The property is clearly a much older location, yet thats easy to look past if and when you can get into bed and know a great night sleep is ahead. But not here. Both the queen beds were fulls, and both sagged so bad my back was a wreck by morning. "

"Liked the full breakfast. It was nice to have someone serving the hot items. Carpet looked gross. Rooms were decent and clean but oddly shaped. Toliet is very tight area. They offer double beds v. queens. Elevator is small and only 1. A/C is loud, could hear everyone above us walking. "

"Kyle has great customer service and made checking in so easy. The room was clean and comfortable, Kyle accommodated us on the first floor because my mom has bad knees and helped us a lot. "

"They lied forced up to pay$25 cash for an earlier check in wouldn't charge ro thw room.or allow me to use debit or credit card. Was charged $4.50 fwe times 2 to get the money out their ATM rooms were dirty my room has ragedy shower curtain didn't close! "

"This is an extremely clean, well-appointed home and the hosts are excellent to communicate with. Even though the houses are close together, it is a quiet neighborhood and the outside pool area feels very private. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the area. We were able to go to all spring training parks from this location. Great stay!!"
