This Beautiful holiday house is uniquely situated on the famous Lovers Walk beachfront in Cowes. The rental propertys gate opens directly onto one of the safest swimming beaches on Phillip Island. Located approx 5 minutes from the Cowes Esplanade, the house boasts 4 double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite, a sitting room, private balcony & large bath. An outdoor alfresco area has just been added, with extra couches for some relaxing outdoors. Take advantage of the following amenities for a comfortable holiday: reverse cycle air conditioning, gas log fire, a flat screen Plasma TV, DVD and CD player, two outdoor living areas, BBQ, landscaped gardens and off-street parking. Best of all, there's no road to cross to get to the beach, so children can play freely while remaining safe. Phillip Island is a fantastic holiday destination for families, home to the world famous Penguin Parade, Seal Rocks and a Koala Reserve. This property supplies all Linen and towels. No need to bring anything at all! Downstairs: Bedroom 1 - 1 x queen and ensuite Bedroom 2 - 1 x queen and ensuite Upstairs: Bedroom 3 - 1 x king and 1 x single and ensuite Bedroom 4 - 1 x king with shared bathroom with extra sitting area.
