The open-plan living area is filled with natural light and features plush couches, a TV, stereo, and split-system heating/cooling for year-round comfort. Cook up family meals with ease in the fully equipped kitchen with electric appliances, microwave, and all cooking essentials. Share meals around the 6-seater dining table or head outside to the expansive deck for a BBQ with stunning sea views. Three inviting bedrooms offer restful nights, complemented by a family bathroom and a laundry area on the lower level. With ample parking for cars, boats, or jet skis, and a prime location near beaches, cafes, shops, and attractions, this home is the perfect base for your Phillip Island holiday. \*Please note that linen is not included when booking this property\* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation. You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date.
