Overall our room was unclean and smelled like sewer. It was a handicapped room and the bathroom smelled like maybe the sewer gas was coming from the pipes. There was also some splatters of something on the walls that looked like it was probably bodily fluids.

We had a great stay here. Very friendly and helpful front desk personnel. Needed some items that were available in store. Nice hot water. Comfortable room and great breakfast options! Would stay here again.

We had no hot water on the second morning of our stay. The staff was very friendly and worked quickly to rectify the situation. The property is very clean and in a good location. I would recommend for a few day stay in the Cincinnati/Newport area

The stay was for a Thursday and Friday nights. The Thursday night was peaceful and quiet. The friday night from 8pm until 3am, there was a party outside our room in the breakfast area, which is located next to our hotel room. They yelled, banging on walls and slamming doors. We will not stay there on our next trip to the Newport Ky area.

Newport is actually a very lovely town. The area around the hotel was not lovely. More like efficient. Parking spots surrounded the building and a parking lot. That’s it. Poor visibility of river. The hotel was clean and the front desk staff very kind.
