Over all is nice, however, the weather is raining every two hours, and then sunny day, and then cold, and than sunny day, it is hard to know what to wear. The views are nice, but the hotel room we have has no view for the ocean only miniature golf view , and the Jacuzzi and sauna is broken. It is a pity.

The property is close to things and has a beautiful walkway across the road and beach. I don't like the 4 pm cgeck in and if you arrive earlier and your room is ready they charge you for early check in.

The frist day front desk was great, but second day was very bad. The breakfast was canceled in next morning, but didn't let guests know . Just put a paper said breakfast room was close today. Its very unprofessional emergency handling service.

This hotel was available last minute, which is great for our last minute plans. The room was spacious, good amenities, like fridge, and coffee maker. Breakfast was included which had hot items as well!

Front desk staff was great. Friendly and attentive. Even the maintenance guy who came in to fix the door. But yes, the facilities could use some upgrades. The patio door was needing repair - we couldn't open it. And the shower would take forever to warm up, then it would scald you and take forever to cool off again. The taps maybe need adjusting.

The hotel is in a stunning location across from the ocean. The hotel itself is very dated; tiny old bathroom; dated furniture. However it is convenient; great restaurant next store, and beautiful walks and beach across the street. Service at check in was also great!

Liked the spacious well kept rooms, bedding and furnishings that included everything one needs. Loved the large desks in the rooms. The only disappointment was no pool or jacuzzi.

We stayed at this hotel every year for 15 years until the start of Covid. We always enjoyed our stay. This was our first visit since 2019. We were disappointed in the condition of the hotel. The property was run down and in poor repair. It felt like nothing has been done in 5 years! In addition, the plumbing is in bad condition. The pipes made terrible noises all night long every time someone else flushed their toilet. I was woken up many times a night. On top of the poor condition, the one staff person we had any contact with was unwelcoming and rude on our arrival.
