"Lovely stay in Bize. House charming with beautiful rooms. Garden was the star as it had just the right mix of shade and sun as well as the petanque area. We spent most of our time in the kitchen and garden enjoying the wonderful weather and the superb local produce. The house needs a bit of TLC as the toilet was leaking and did not flush properly when we arrived. (the owner sorted for us on the second day). The plugs in the bathroom sinks did not work either. "Très bel appartement, bien agencé, propre et disposant de tout le nécessaire. Situé dans un cadre très calme avec une place de parking dans la cour sécurisé par un portail à digicode.Le village est très beau et nous avons profité du restaurant la Guinguette à 10 mn à pied en passant par des petites ruelles magnifiques, pour déboucher sur le canal du midi, où se trouve ce restaurant.La propriétaire, très sympathique est toujours réactive en cas de besoin.Nous recommandons fortement cette location.Merci pour tout."

"Ein wunderschön und geschmackvoll renoviertes Bauernhaus in absolut ruhiger Lage am Ende eines kleinen Seitenwegs – ideal für alle, die das Trubel-Leben am Strand vermeiden möchten und dennoch das charmante, lebendige Le Somail quasi vor der Haustür haben.Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: In Haus und Küche ist wirklich an jedes Detail gedacht. Besonders genossen haben wir die Terrasse mit Blick auf den Canal du Midi – perfekt, um die vorbeiziehenden Boote zu beobachten und die entspannte Atmosphäre auf sich wirken zu lassen.Die Vermieterin ist außerordentlich herzlich, hilfsbereit und kommunikativ (Englisch, Französisch, etwas Deutsch) – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen.Fazit: Ein hochwertiges, ruhiges Feriendomizil in authentischer Lage – ideal auch für Weinliebhaber dank der zahlreichen Weingüter in der Umgebung. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder, liebe Nicole!"

"Turned up to hotel at 2.45 door locked with notice stating staff returning at 5pm. Still nobody at 5.15. Other clients arrived stating they had received an email from owner with code entrance and room number. We did not! Tried ringing owner.Taking the initiative we worked out from the register what rooms were taken so we took a key. The hotel is smelly, dark and very unwelcoming. Our room had staining around the toilet bowl no shower curtain so the floor was flooded and dangerous. There was thick dust under window. The only 2 positives were clean bedding and parking right outside. The owner did ring at 7.30 where explained we had taken a room key. Cannot comment on breakfast as did not partake."

"Bonjour,Nous avons été très déçus par la "Belle demeure" tout d'abord la cuisine avec les murs tachés , une odeur d'humidité et le plafond garni de toiles d'araignée, en ce qui concerne le frigo américain ; porte congélateur rouillée et partie frigidaire l'intérieur de la porte n'avait pas d'étagère, ce qui avec un groupe de 18 personnes manque beaucoup, la vaisselle à due être lavée entièrement, les assiettes étaient moisies entre elles., le four n'était pas propre, il manquait un bouton de gaz donc 4feux au lieu de 5.Pour les chambres, certaines manquaient de rideau aux fenêtres de toit, d'autres la literie était sur les ressorts, pour les douches les joints noirs, le calcaire sur la robinetterie ,les meubles de l'ensemble sont très vieux et abimés, et pas nets en propreté !Nous n'avions pas d'internet,a la piscine pas de WC et douche comme annoncés,les fermetures éclairs des coussins pour le salon extérieur étaient toutes cassées!le jardin pas entretenu ,on s'attendait à une très jolie maison donc pour le prix forcement trop cher !!!"
