It was pretty dirty and had a bad smell that they tried to cover with strong air fresheners. Breakfast was limited and had the same items for the 2 days I stayed there.

I love this hotel! Was disappointed though that our tv didnt work and the only option was to switch rooms. At 1130 at night, we did not want to switch rooms. We also called for blankets and were told we would have to come down and get them. Breakfast was great!

Horrible hotel to stay at when you want sleep! Was on the 7th floor. Woke up 10-12 times throughout the night because of people fighting/yelling. Called front desk and nobody ever answered.

Our room had a bad smell. The staff did try to assist - we appreciated that. The breakfast was not like it used to be there.. it was bland and much lower quality than in the past. Was very disappointing and we used to love staying there.

I liked the layout and the friendly staff. I didn't like the fact that the low flow toilets still clog too easily

Do not recommend at all, if you want to be able to sleep AVOID this hotel, you can hear everything, it might look pretty but the walls are too thin, you can hear all the doors slamming from outside and street noise.
We would not stay here again!!! The location was put of our way. The parking garage (@$15/night) was super inconvenient. The building layout is not ideal. The elevator is at one end of the building. The main lobby/breakfast area was FREEZING So breakfast was COLD! NOT clean! The bathroom floor was filthy! As was the shower! Our TV didn't work and couldn't be fixed. Tons of other places stay elsewhere!
At check-in and the other two times I had reason to visit the front desk, there was an "I'm away from my station" sign, and there were longer than usual waits. It's disappointing that you are understaffed. Perhaps it was because of the holiday, but still an issue.

A little R&R
The staff was very friendly and the room was fairly clean. The hotel is a little worn. Marks on the wall, toilet seat was broken, seat cushion was dirty. Carpet was dirty in the hallway. But overall it was a great stay. I also didn't like that we had to pay 15 dollars a night to self park in the garage 😐. But as i said before overall great stay.

We first got a room that not all electricity was functioning. We were given that night for free and another room the next night. Staff, help all very nice. Great breakfast and great people making it. Really enjoyed our time there!
