    This property is in a wonderful location. With shops all around, ranging from some groceries stores and wonderful restaurants that can be enjoyed in the evenings. You also have a train station within a 10 minute walk from the apartment so it is easy and convenient to travel around. When previous quests stay as soon as they vacate the property is cleaned by a professional cleaner who has years of cleaning experience. They also put new fresh linen in the property, so as soon as you enter the property there is a lovely smell of fresh towels and linen inside the property.
    Guest accommodation at this holiday home offers a hairdryer and an iron/ironing board. Kitchens offer fridges, hobs, microwaves and kitchenware and utensils.

      Make your guests happier

      Coulson is not a bad place. If you are into shopping then there are lots of little shops and cafes. Smack in the town centre is an Aldi which is very popular with residents of Croydon and surrounding localities. However, getting to the property and locating it was a nightmare. The numbering was not obvious from the rubbish filled alley. iIt was even dangerous; it seems someone was recycling bottles on the alley leading to the property. That was dangerous. we were not told this before hand. Therefore, to me , withholding this piece of information could be considered a con. To date we have not gained access to wifi, even though this was mention initially as an attraction. Lot of withholding of information. The property was by most part clean; except for under the furniture. The walls were clean and the living space was spacious. There was nothing luxurious about it! Spare people the shock and tell them it on top of shops and to access it you must go through a shoddily kept alley way. Tell them that there is no designated parking and let people decide for themselves if they want to stay there. Honesty is the best policy. Tell them there is no wifi either.
