Owner of hotel never produced a safety shower seat for my 79 year old sickly mother for 3 days
the owner finally said that the hotel does not have them. Owner also was taking advantage of Hurricane by price gouging on a $250 dollar dog deposit that Quality Inn typically charges no more that $30 for unless your a Hilton , Hyatt, Westin in a major city downtown or lake front area. Phone did not work the whole time, room was not cleaned at a level to own a business. Television was not working well. Once again another Quality Inn that showed be fined for not being clean & not having a having or supplying a safety shower for a sickly 79 year old woman that was running from the disastrous Hurricane Harvey.
