Stay was great. Beds comfortable, lots of room. The clerk that was there from when we checked in till 11pm was very nice, and helpful. I wish there more like her.

Great Place to Stay. Rooms are excellent..
Room was excellent and well prepped. TV input box was not working and had a bad electrical connection. Took some time for the manager to come and get it working.

Everything was very clean, and the staff was very accomodating. I only wish this facility had a swimming pool. But other than that, it was great.

Water was coming up through the carpet room smelled of mold and mildew mold growing on walls almost $250.00 per night! Didn’t leave because my credit card had already been charged ($492.20) for 2 nights! Area hotels are expensive due to oil boom wouldn’t recommend. Staff was extremely kind and courteous but there really was nothing they could do.

Evacuate Hurricane Harvey
Owner of hotel never produced a safety shower seat for my 79 year old sickly mother for 3 days the owner finally said that the hotel does not have them. Owner also was taking advantage of Hurricane by price gouging on a $250 dollar dog deposit that Quality Inn typically charges no more that $30 for unless your a Hilton , Hyatt, Westin in a major city downtown or lake front area. Phone did not work the whole time, room was not cleaned at a level to own a business. Television was not working well. Once again another Quality Inn that showed be fined for not being clean & not having a having or supplying a safety shower for a sickly 79 year old woman that was running from the disastrous Hurricane Harvey.

Unforchantley do to Hurricane Harvey we did not have anymore handicap rooms avabilable to accommodate you and your mother and for that i am sorry. As you know we are not a pet friendly hotel and charged you a cleaning fee for the pet. Once again i do applies about the handicap room not being available. And we hope everything is OK back at home

Price gouging
We booked for 1 night because of hurricane Harvey, but when we got there we needed to extend which they did find us 2 more nights which was awesome until they charged us over $100.00 per night when we paid $79 for the first night. Now that the storm is over and we can come home a day early they wont refund 1 night. Understanding we will need the money for damages around our house, water purchases because of water boil in effect until who knows when, and expenses unforseen. Thank you management for the support of storm victims.

We did not have your credit card to refund on. Please call us and we would love to help you anyway we can. Great Hotel in a Faraway Place
This is a new facility, and it shows. You can even smell new paint in the ice and laundry areas. I liked that. We ended up getting an efficiency room which was nice because of the full-size fridge and kitchen area. The room was neat and clean. Breakfast was excellent with eggs and breakfast meat along with several other items. Would definitely stay here again if we ever pass through Carrizo Springs again.

Nice Hotel for the money
I will have to say this room was great. Very large room, with full kitchen. Close to restaurants. Had a good breakfast bar. I would stay again.

Great Stay
I often travel to small towns for work and this was one of the best hotels I've stayed at. The hotel is either very new or very well maintained. Room was clean and the stay was quite. The front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Clean and comfortable stay with good breakfast.
The first room that was assigned to me had a deadbolt that didn't work. I complained and they gave me a different room. Then the manager told me they had no extra rollaway beds which was a problem as we have 3 kids. So we bunched 3 on a bed. Otherwise the room was new and clean and the breakfast was a variety of hot and cold food.

Did the job
The price was fair, and the room was ok. They did a great job at cleaning the room between nights, always had fresh towels and the bed was made etc. Only issue I had was the thermostat wasn't working. The AC stayed on the whole time unless you went over and unplugged it. Wasn't that big of an issue since I like the room cold anyways. Only other thing was a big beetle walked across the floor (killed him). I think this was more of an issue of being on the ground level with doors that go to the outside, than a cleaning issue though. Overall I think the hotel was ok for the price.

Reserved a room with two queen beds and a sofa bed. Hotel states they didn't know what I was talking about and stated they didn't have sofa beds or even an extra roll away bed. Room was nice but not what I booked. Could've got the same type of room at a different hotel cheaper.

Great hotel stay.
it is a very nice hotel and the staff very friendly. As soon as we got to our rooms the front desk called us for a courtesy call to make sure room was to our liking. We had a very nice stay. We will definitely stay there again.
