Unforchantley do to Hurricane Harvey we did not have anymore handicap rooms avabilable to accommodate you and your mother and for that i am sorry. As you know we are not a pet friendly hotel and charged you a cleaning fee for the pet. Once again i do applies about the handicap room not being available. And we hope everything is OK back at home

We did not have your credit card to refund on. Please call us and we would love to help you anyway we can. I already talked to the Expedia on your behalf and advice them to issue refund as soon as possible for unused night.
