The hotel was clean and looked like it have been recently remodeled.
We arrived after 5 hours on the road and wanted to catch a nap before we played in the casino. The check in counter had four people helping customers and I was the only one in line. It took a few minutes before someone looked up and asked if they could help me. The girl who was attempting to help get us registered was rude, obnoxious, and unprofessional. She gave me an attitude because I had specifically asked for a handicap room and she told me, "you acquired your reservations through a third party and you should have asked them. But since you didn't, we don't have a room for you." It went downhill from there. She would not even look to see if they had one. I spoke to the manager in charge and he wasn't very helpful either, suggesting it would have been better if I had booked the room through them. People here don't make you feel welcomed. Too bad because the casino was nice and clean even though the drinks were $10 for a shot of whatever. Will not go back there again!
