The property was lovely, the room spacious and clean. The food in restaurants was delicious! Our only complaint was that the casino was kept VERy Cold! Wearing a jacket took care of that.

It was Clean and the upgrade was wonderful the Bed and pillows so comfortable, can’t wait tell my next Visit. PS and I won a little change I had a great 70th Birthday.

Nice large rooms. Very clean and well equipped - even had a scale in the bathroom.The only gripe is that the room was not ready and had to wait 1 .5 hours to check in.

The hotel was clean and looked like it have been recently remodeled. We arrived after 5 hours on the road and wanted to catch a nap before we played in the casino. The check in counter had four people helping customers and I was the only one in line. It took a few minutes before someone looked up and asked if they could help me. The girl who was attempting to help get us registered was rude, obnoxious, and unprofessional. She gave me an attitude because I had specifically asked for a handicap room and she told me, "you acquired your reservations through a third party and you should have asked them. But since you didn't, we don't have a room for you." It went downhill from there. She would not even look to see if they had one. I spoke to the manager in charge and he wasn't very helpful either, suggesting it would have been better if I had booked the room through them. People here don't make you feel welcomed. Too bad because the casino was nice and clean even though the drinks were $10 for a shot of whatever. Will not go back there again!

The room was nice but NO hot water! The checkin guy put us right next to the elevator, that was nice!! We mis the Lobby Bar as it was very inviting and we used it often in the past. No chairs to sit on in the lobby was an issue. The casino is phasing out the slot machine we like to plan, Royal Reels. There were only 7 and we could not get to a machine. It was a good getaway fo us , however. Oh, the bathrooms need grab bars for old perople.
