I've never stayed anywhere before in PR where I felt so care for. Also, to speak on the actual hotel - our room was immaculate. It was extremely clean, very nice, great AC, great patio. Amazing pool with an amazing view. I love that they have a bar and restaurant on the premises, you don't even have to leave. Yes, they do have a packed house almost every night between live performances, tennis, and pickleball - but if you have a problem with this, you should probably be staying elsewhere. The noise did not bother me at all. I honestly would not stay anywhere else as long as this place is open, moving forward. 10/10 for me."
