Let's start with the good things: location is amazing, it's in the heart of the city with all historic landmarks, shopping areas, good restaurants and bars within walking distance. Also, the overall state of the hotel from a cleanliness and maintenance perspective is ok. Now, let's get to the disappointing bits: It's important to know that this hotel has no staff in reception during weekends or after 6pm, it's 100% self check-in on a screen in the reception area, and there are no lifts, so good luck if you have heavy luggage while your room is on an upper floor. Also, even though I stayed 4 nights, no room service was done during my entire stay, not even the usual change of towels or supply of fresh toilet rolls after a couple of days, not to mention that the toilet bowl in my room wasn't 100% clean on check-in, it had bits of poo in it! Finally, in my humble opinion, breakfast isn't worth paying €11 per night, you have plenty of options to get better and more garnished breakfast outside for the same price if not less.

The whole property was unique. Staff were amazing!

Location was ok. We knew about 3pm check in but were disappointed we had no access to a sitting room with a bathroom before 3pm after traveling overnight from New York. The place was nice but the floor in the bathroom stall was not clean. We didn’t get breakfast one day but were only told the reason why after we asked.
