Emmanuel and Sandrine propose you a beautiful stone house "PIRATE'S HEART" completely renewed in 2010.
Of type(chap) T4, she(it) is situated in the heart of the village of pluduno (22130) in a quiet street and can welcome to 6 persons.
Near immediate of any conveniences (hyper U, lidl, baker, doctors, pharmacy) and unless 10 mn beaches(ranges) of Saint Cast le Guildo, you will estimate(appreciate) this holiday cottage(shelter) for its big comfort and its well-kept decoration (ll-lv-four-m-o-cong-tv-magneto-dvd-radi o-cd-équipement baby-bikes).
The house consists of a bright stay, 3 rooms(chambers) (2 outings of beds of 140 among which one in the rdc, the other one with 2 beds of 90 + a bed baby). We find also a bathroom with balnéo shower in the rdc and one toilets at 2 levels there.
Behind the house: the ground is completely closed and extends over 600 m2. We find a swing with a slide and a flowery terrace exposed(explained) due south (equipped garden furniture, 2 sunbathings

Sehr zu empfehlen
Nettes kleines Haus an der Dorfstraße (in einem Zimmer hört man den Verkehrslärm deutlich, in den beiden anderen Räumen nicht). Hinter dem Haus befindet sich eine Terrasse und ein großer eingezäunter Garten mit zwei Stellplätzen. Das Inventar ist völlig ausreichend, die Mikrowelle hat allerdings nicht funktioniert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank an Sandrine, unsere nette Gastgeberin.

Un pavillon très bien aménagé avec un bel espace de vie, un grand jardin, nous avons passé de bonnes vacances, des apéros sur la terrasse ideal, séance de bronzage sur les bancs de soleil. Il y a tout ce que nous cherchions. Notre hotte était extrêmement à notre écoute et très réactive. Tout pour plaire et nous faire passer un bon séjour.

Un agréable séjour si en plus on bénéficie d'un temps estival comme ce fut le cas !
Tout est fait pour un séjour agréable dans un gite ou rien ne manque sur le plan de l'équipement ce qui est parfois rare dans ce genre de location. La proximité de la mer est toute relative mais en voiture ce n'est qu'une formalité. Cette location échappe de peu aux 5 étoiles à cause de la route assez passagère devant la maison ce qui gâche un peu la tranquillité et les jours d'école la cour de récréation de l'autre côté de la rue en rajoute aussi un peu. Ceci mis à part cette location est vraiment à recommander pour 2 ou plus de personnes, jusqu'à 6 !!!
