The town centre, though modest, offers a taste of local life. For couples seeking a relaxing and private escape, staying slightly outside the immediate town centre, but still along the coast, provides a more secluded experience. The best time to visit Côteaux is during the dry season, which runs from November to April.During these months, you'll experience consistently sunny weather and pleasant temperatures, making it ideal for exploring the region's natural beauty and enjoying outdoor activities without the interruption of heavy rainfall. This period is great for travellers looking to relax on the beaches or venture into the surrounding countryside. The rainy season, from May to October, brings higher humidity and more frequent downpours. While the landscape becomes lush and green, travel can be more challenging due to potentially impassable roads and a greater chance of tropical storms.
