Le logement est très bien situé et heureusement car le rapport qualité prix de l'hôtel est désastreux. Niveau confort et propreté, nous sommes loin d'un 3 ou 4 étoiles. De plus, le parking de l'hôtel est payant.

Fraud on my credit card had me booking last minute, this hotel room was the only one available, I can see why now. For the amount of money I spent and my expectations of hotel rooms (ESPECIALLY ONE RATED 4-STARS) was not met here. The entire property is outdated & worn. The lady at the front desk was very nice, spoke English and check-in was quick. There are two small elevators that take you up to your room. The lights are motion activated in the hallways & are quite delayed which is not pleasant nor desirable when walking through halls or trying to open your door in the dark. The room itself was old, outdated and had the worst stained carpet I’ve ever experienced. I travel a ton and have stayed in motel rooms in the middle of nowhere that present better than this room did. There was bubbling of the side table, cigarette burns on the dresser, wall brackets hanging out of the wall from a tv that wasn’t there anymore, and if I actually needed the two bunk beds for kids I would have marched downstairs and demanded a refund, it was laughable. The full bed was a sofa type mattress, very thin and the frame was wobbly/unstable. The shower leaked from the sides flooding the floor. The best part was the location & the terrace. I would not recommend staying here unless it’s your only option and your ok with paying a premium for a crappy place to stay.

Great beach hotel
200m from train station, city centre and supermarket, 30m from beach. Staff was friendly, room was ready early. Clean and convenient. I would go back again for longer stay for beach vacation. Easy bus to dune de pilot.

Bargain for the price but small frustrating things
There were no major issues with our stay; staff were generally helpful. The apartment had a slightly strange layout, there were no plug sockets in the bedroom and the light switch was in the sitting room, meaning you had to leave the bedroom to turn out the bedside lights then come back in the dark. There was no plug in the bath, the receptionist gave us one when I asked, however, after bathing the plug became stuck in the plughole. One morning at 9am we were awoken by the door being opened, it was four members of staff conducting an inventory of the room, there was a language barrier but eventually they said they would come back later, but were then heard giggling loudly outside the door. We were given a leaflet on arrival that worryingly said a £50 cleaning charge applied when checking out, we were concerned about this but when we left it was not mentioned at all when we left. These are only small issues, but would have improved our stay a lot. The area is very nice and the hotel is very close to the beach and lots of restaurants. We didn't use hotel parking as we went at the end of September and there was plenty of free parking in the nearby residential streets.

horrible stay, horrible place...would have left it we weren't absolutely exhausted. No toilet paper, no towels, no hand soap in the bathroom, shower had mildew or mold (didn't use it), dishes in the kitchenette were dirty, tv didn't work, no beds (except for a set of bunk beds in a hallway area as you enter the main room--very odd layout) just a futon, very uncomfortable, bad breakfast, overcharged...definitely not a three star (or two for that matter)

Place to chill by the seaside
Nice, basic hotel in a good location. Perfectly comfortable for two. Would be fine with little children but prob. not with teens. Handy to have a little kitchen for one-pot-wonders. (Very good market in Arcachon). Staff very friendly and helpful. They were patient with my poor french but spoke good english and spanish.

Very convenient for the beach
Arcachon is a lovely town with a great beach. The hotel is very convenient for the beach and there are some excellent restaurants on the sea front and within the town itself. Great site seeing opportunities, especially boat tours of the bay and also the Dune du Pilat.

Great location and comfortable rooms
I really enjoyed Le Trianon Arcachon. Loved my room with a balcony and great view. Great location, close to the train station, the ferry, beach and many nice restaurants. Great price too. Would recommend if you are staying in the area.

The hotel is ideally located, only a few steps away from the beach. We came with our two kids and enjoyed the location of the hotel. The hotel is a little run down, and the wifi isn't working in the rooms, but the person at the front desk was very nice and really tried to help us.

Better book with house keeping service and not residence service. Otherwise, u gotta do everything yourself like changing sheets and cleaning kitchen. They will just leave new towels and sheets once every 6 days. Otherwise wifi was great, parking was reasonable.

Great location otherwise just ok
Good location, good wifi, parking cost E10, reception 9-8 and not 24 hours, no daily service. U expected to change your own sheets and throw your own rubbish. They expect u to clean the kitchen and remove sheet before check out. What a joke. Not recommended for extended stay....I stayed 12 nights

J ai eu un soucis avec la chambre on m avais donné sur casino ,alors que j avais réservé sur mer, j'ai été a l accueil et on m a chg de chambre aussitôt .Personnel très serviable et a l écoute,le seul soucis pour ce 4 étoile c est que le sol était un peu sale ,trace des qu on allumé lumière ,j ai voulu donner un coup de serpillière , j'ai trouvé balais mais pas de seau , dommage sinon literie parfaite et balcon idéale ,,j y retournerais volontier

Pour un long week-end à Arcachon pour un mariage. Une semaine avant pas moyens de joindre l'hôtel ni par téléphone et pas réponses aux emails. Nettoyage de la chambre bâclé (sable partout et salle de bain pas propre avec des traces de dentifrice sur la robinetterie...) Dommage bien situé, mais services et état général décevants.

Globalement pas satisfait. Manque de personnel...
Arrivée à l’hôtel avec réception fermée. Très difficile de joindre le numéro indiqué sur une affiche. Au final, après avoir récupéré une chambre pour 4, uniquement 2 serviettes de mises à disposition. Ce n’est pas faute d’avoir demandé 2 de plus, mais elles ne sont jamais arrivées jusqu’à la chambre. Un volet cassé sur les deux de la chambre, donc pas de possibilité de fermer. L’hôtel est très bien localisé proche de la mer et des rues commerçantes, mais il est vieillot et nécessiterait un bon rafraîchissement.

habitué de l’établissement, la propreté de l hôtel laisse à désirer.... joints de la douche moisi poussière sur tous les appareils plaintes on voit que le ménage a été bâclé le signalant à l’accueil la personne c’est vite défiler en disant qu’il n’avait pas le temps de me répondre.... dommage !

3 Volets cassés : 2/3 fermés obstruant l’accès à la terrasse et le dernier grand ouvert laissant passer la lumière la nuit... signalé tous les jours mais aucune réponse des propriétaires alors que le problème était connu bien avant mon arrivée. insonorisation déplorable, literie inconfortable, Appartement vétuste, extrêmement bruyant. Le seul point positif est l’emplacement mais le Rapport qualité / prix est aberrant : 1469,66€ sans petit déjeuner pour 7 nuits. Habituée des réservations hôtelières pour le travail et les vacances, je n’avais jamais subi ça.

Une honte, très loin des 4 étoiles ! Trompeur !
Tromperie sur les "4 étoiles" ! A déclasser de toute urgence en 2 étoiles !!! Le prix de cet appart'hotel est en totale inadéquation avec la qualité des prestations; un studio extrêmement vétuste, odorant et bruyant, un ascenseur en panne ... La haute saison n'excuse pas l'indécence de tels tarifs trompeurs. Comme nous, de nombreux autres clients se sont plaints à la réception, sans aucune réelle écoute de la part de la réceptionniste, si ce n'est un "je sais, je ne trouve pas ça normal non plus, mais dans ce cas, il ne fallait pas réserver", pour terminer par un "écrivez au manager, moi j'y peux rien, c'est pas ma faute" ; ce que nous avons fait, sans pour autant obtenir une réponse de sa part. A retirer du site immédiatement et faire inspecter par l'organisme de notation.

Le Trianon annonce 4 étoiles mais cela ne les vaut pas du tout. État insalubre, moisissures, électricité et robinetterie non conforme aux normes et dangereuse. Étincelles sur les prises multiples. Personnel agréable mais en nombre insuffisant. Parking déplorable, pas signalétique, pas d automatisme dans ouverture du garage, très sale. Plusieurs plaintes d autres voyageurs notamment sur les dangers des prises électriques. Hors de prix pour 2 nuits 493 euros, c est impensable.

Nous cherchons les étoiles !!!!! Pas de climatisation , très mal insonoriser : on croyait discuter avec les voisins des rues , salle de bain obsolète ( robinet non fixer ) etc ..... A part la proximité de la plage qu il y a t il de bien allez le carrelage qui fait prestige ....
