Townhouse Dunes Suave Mar in Esposende with direct access to the beach

The entrance of this house takes all the protagonism, through its double height, denoting itself as one of the main points of the house. Upon entry, on the ground floor, we find two flights of stairs on the left. These take us to the intimate areas of the house - the bedrooms and the bathroom. The first haul leads us to the upper floor, consisting of two bedrooms - the main and the bunk bedroom. In the same line of this flight of stairs we find yet another that leads us to the lower floor. This consists of the bathroom and two bedrooms, the size of the upper floor, but divided by a folding door. On the right side of the entrance, with the same level, we discover the living room and the kitchen that take the double height of the house. Both the upper and lower floors relate to the common areas, leaning over them through a visual play of stairs that work through half floors. These are, in this building, authentic sculptural objects that enrich the centrality of the house, making the connection between floors one of the main points.
With regard to the outdoor area, it is possible to observe the spring with a large entrance and parking area with a covered parking space, while the west (facing the sea), it is possible to enjoy a patio with privileged access to the beach through a small Stairs only. This area that extends the dining room is the ideal resting place for sunbathing, where a rustic granite wall accompanies us and protects us from the north wind.

The design of this villa reflects a clear search for a sensitive space, minimal areas, conditioned but accompanied with delicate spatial sensitivity.

This detached house is also part of the architectural script "Modernismo em Esposende", constituting the house number 12, by Engineer Eduardo Ribeiro Martins.

Lovely Stay
Our host was amazing, always promptly responding, providing excellent recommendations and a nice gift basket. Nice house, very clean. Excellent location with immediate access to the beach. Great little cafe and convenience store just a 6 minute walk. Thanks to our host's recommendation we enjoyed amazing seafood meals just a 10 minute drive south in Apulia.

Wir haben zu zweit eine sehr schöne Woche im Strandhaus verbracht und wurden bestens betreut! Wir mochten den Stil und das Interieur des Hauses besonders. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft! Der Strandzugang über die Terrasse und Düne ist tatsächlich sensationell. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön für Spaziergänge und Fahrradausflüge - und natürlich zum Surfen. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und Einkäufe in der Nähe schnell erledigt. Der Kontakt war außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend! Eine absolute Empfehlung!

Ferienhaus in sensationeller Lage in den Dünen
Das Ferienhaus liegt direkt in den Dünen mit eigenem Strandzugang. Dieser beginnt auf der Terrasse des Hauses, die unserer Meinung nach in der Beschreibung nicht genug gewürdigt wird. Hier haben wir gegessen und uns aufgehalten, wenn wir nicht am Strand waren. Einfach super, zudem bietet die Terrasse etwas Windschutz. Das Haus war ausgesprochen sauber und gut gepflegt, besonders der Wäscheservice war außergewöhnlich gut, reichlich und duftig frisch. Die Küche war gut eingerichtet. Unserer Meinung nach sind allerdings 120cm Betten für zwei Erwachsene etwas schmal, aber das ist Geschmacksache. Wir haben auch die zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrräder ausgiebig genutzt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war prima. Wir haben insgesamt den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Schönes Haus direkt an den Dünen
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in einem schönen Haus direkt am Strand bzw. an den Dünen verbringen dürfen. Es sind nur ein paar Meter zum Strand. Der Strand war nicht voll und immer sauber. Im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Alles ist wie in der Beschreibung des Hauses. Bei Fragen oder Problemen sind die sehr freundlichen Vermieter sofort zur Verfügung. Dafür danken wir nochmal. Es ist alles von Haus, Vermieter und Umgebung sehr zu empfehlen.

Sonnenuntergang am Meer
Es waren nur ein paar Schritte die Düne hinauf und man war am Meer und konnte die Surfer oder Sonnenuntergänge betrachten. Der Strand wurde jeden Morgen von Steinen und Müll befreit. Wir haben uns vom Vermieter gut betreut gefühlt. Check-In sehr unkompliziert. 4 Fahrräder standen zur Verfügung, die man dort gut gebrauchen kann. Spül- und Waschmittel etc. war vor Ort. Zu empfehlen!

Tolles Ferienhaus in perfekter Lage direkt an den Dünen
Das Ferienhaus liegt direkt hinter den Dünen und hat einen eigenen Strandzugang. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit, es gab sogar einen Geschenkkorb mit regionalen Produkten zur Begrüßung. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut; Küche mit Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle und Spülmaschine. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine. 4 Fahrräder stehen auch zur Verfügung. Wir haben diese öfters benutzt um die Umgebung zu erkunden, das Ortszentrum mit Restaurants usw. ist damit in ca. 10 min zu erreichen.

Super Tage in Portugal
Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Lage am Atlantik mit eigenem Strandzugang. Das Haus hat einen sehr eigenen, für uns schönen Einrichtungsstil - Stichwort dunkele Holzvertäfelung und geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Die Haustechnik ist auf einem aktuellen Stand und wird vom Vermieter immer wieder weiter entwickelt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Für uns waren nur die Matratzen etwas zu hart, aber das ist halt auch Geschmackssache.
