The hotel enjoys great location close to shops, restaurants and promenade. Nice pool area with plenty of sun beds. It offers good variety of food. Staff friendly. Only downsides - Smokers ignore no smoking signs and were not pulled up about it, and some remedial work needed to the tiles around pool, although.they seemed to be addressing this.
Booking process was easy online. The Hotel is easily accessible from the Airport by bus (first bus to Arrecife Bus Station and second bus to Costa Teguise - stops right outside H10 Hotel) much cheaper than a transfer or taxi. Check in can also be done in advance online and therefore you just walk up to reception, give your name and get a key card for your room. The rooms are clean and spacious and towels and washing products are provided and refreshed each day. The beds are also made up each day. Our package included breakfast, which was a buffet style in a pleasant dining area, there was lots of choice of food and really helpful and attentive staff to reset tables. The hotel accommodates children well (although we don't have any) there seemed to be lots of daytime activities and evening entertainment. The pools are large, but we didn't use them as the beach was so close.
There are a few shops very close to the hotel (supermarket, bars, restaurants and 'tat' shops) in the Las Chucaras beach area. You can hire two sunbeds and an umbrella on the beach for all or part of a day for 12 Euros. The main shopping area is a ten minute stroll along seafront and it has lots of places to shop, drink and eat. There are many Asian buffets, Indians and quite a few English/Irish bars serving food. The local evening markets are on Wed and Fri nights where you can get some good jewellery gifts or a fake Michael Kors handbag! Puerto Del Carmen and Playa Blanca are worth a bus ride
Found the hotel to be geared up for All Inclusive guests. If on half board you need to activate a credit card at reception straight away. Hotel some way from resort, so a car recommended. Typical All Inclusive food in the evening, but a good price to go half board for a night.

I stayed in a studio apartment which is over 2 levels - there is an gallery like mezzanine level with the bedroom and the bathroom. Downstairs has a sitting are, kitchenette and a balcony. Cleaning takes place roughly every other day but be warned if you like to sleep in after 9am you might get an early wake-up (it depends on the individual chambermaid, some are later but you just don't know who you will get. Kitchen has kettle, toaster, hob, oven, pots, pans crockery and cutlery for several people. The lounge has a 'leather' sofa (which might be a sofa bed) and large TV. Balcony has table and chairs but looks out on a large open space that will eventually by built upon (it has been like this for many years). The bed is OK, not particularly comfortable. Bath, overhead shower and the window by the toilet looks out onto the pool area.
If you have mobility problems this will not be for you - there are steps, more steps and obviously the stairs to the upper level of the apartment.
It has a dining area (not used by me) and a separate pool bar. The facilities of its sister complex next door are available.
this is bit more expensive than the Apartamentos next door and to be honest I not sure the differential is really worth it. I have stayed in Apartamentos many times and, personally, prefer that.
The major selling point of Nazaret, either complex, is its relative cheapness and close proximity to the beach, bars and restaurants.
Enjoy - I do.

Hotel needs a bit if tlc but over all good. 20 mins walk from the main beach and square. There is a free bus 3 times a day. Staff very good and willing to help. Local alcohol and spirit is only part of all inclusive but very good. Buffet good but almost the same everyday. Behind hotel is some shops for drink booze and gifts. Local bars and a brilliant Chinese. Over all worth the money.

Staff very helpfull, knowladgable & English Spanish German no problem. Resort & rooms constanmtley being cleaned.
Note the resort is closed 2016 Feb to April for refurb, which probabley means air con. We tend to holiday in the Winter so even 25-28oC & 18-20oC at night dont need A/C. Summer might. Great location & excellent bars & resturants.
I have not stayed all inclusive, but fellow travelers praised the food & drink.
I recomend the Los Zocos to couples or families as the site accomodates for both.
Edmund Goode stayed Nov 16 / 22nd 2016 I will be back
Central for everything staff freindly rooms need updated but pool area s good clean rooms could have linen changed more local restaurants lose to these apartments as is beach eating out is very cheap and wide range of choices for everyone
Developed in the late 1970s as a luxury holiday playground, Costa Teguise is today no longer exclusive, but remains a very popular family resort. Low-rise apartments and smart hotels face onto a sheltered bay favoured by windsurfers – novices and experts alike. Its busy nightlife clusters around an “old village”-style square. Lanzarote’s only water park and its one golf club (a picturesque 18-hole course) lie within the resort’s boundaries.
