Overally not bad but with major flaws

Hotel with huge number of families with kids, therefore difficult to relax and rest, eat or dine in peace. Poor dinner, I'd prefer less variety and better quality, desserts terribly artificial. Terrible coffee, no natural juice of any fruit. Difficult to eat heathy. Dinner ends at 9PM, too early in my opinion (I live in Spain and here people start dinner at 9PM. Internet in the room not working at all, only at the terrace (I was warned about it during the check in). Uncomfortable beds. On the other hand very friendly and helpful staff.

We were disheartened to read that we were not able to meet your culinary expectations to the fullest, and although your remarks do not seem to reflect the usual feedback on food that we receive. We offer a wide variety of fresh fruit, salads, cooked vegetables, meat and fish from the grill, natural yoghurt for example on the healthy side. Nevertheless we will not fail to share your comments with the chef. Regarding the poor internet, we apologize! We are working on it!
I am however happy to hear you enjoyed your overall stay with us and found the staff very friendly and helpful. We look forward to welcoming you back when next your travels bring you to Lanzarote. Please ask for mattress toppers then!
