Ottima posizione Appartamento con mobilio vecchio ma carino. Sarebbe bastata un po’ di manutenzione. Nel terrazzo tenda rotta con pezzi di ricambio sparsi sul pavimento. Scatola per veleno topi nell armadio in terrazzo ad altezza bambini! Non ho apprezzato il fatto che nella descrizione di expedia c erano servizi inesistenti ( piscina,antenna satellitare, necessario per te e caffè) Check-in in un altra struttura ( tutto scritto, si ma magari sottolinearlo eviterebbe di fare perdere tempo. Pulizie da pagare oltre al prezzo ( tutto scritto… ma di nuovo sembra si voglia giocare su chi non è più che attento sperando forse che uno se ne renda conto solo dopo…)

Poor Service/administration
Administrationen var helt i bund og lokaliseret i en by 5 km væk. De havde ikke meget føling med lejligheden, og check in var et stort problem. Vi måtte vente på, at lejligheden blev klar til os i mere end 1 time trods at vi ankom senere end indtjekningstidspunktet. Der var ikke styr på nøgleudleveringen, og vi måtte igennem flere personer og frem og tilbage flere gange mellem de to byer. Servicen var dårlig, trods ekstra betaling for håndklæder, var der ikke nok. Der var intet toiletpapir i lejligheden ved ankomst. Det var angivet, at der var free wifi i lobbyen, denne lobby var hos administrationen 5 km væk fra lejligheden, så i praksis kunne det ikke anvendes. Daglig rengøring var angivet, men rengøringen kom aldrig. Lejligheden var basic, men ok og velbeliggende.

Rummet var ej klart när vi skulle checka in. De sa att de skulle ringa när det var klart men det gjorde de inte så vi fick åka och hämta nyckeln 4 km bort. Köket stökigt, dåligt med köksredskap, avloppet läckte. Området runtomkring var fantastiskt och fantastiska vyer men lägenheten drog ner upplevelsen.

L'appartement est à l'abandon , moisissures de partout dans la douches, carrelage et plinthes qui se décollent, bref bien pourrit. Visiblement, le logement a été inondé et les travaux qui ont suivis ont été réalisés par des porcs.En ce qui concerne la piscine, malgré la couche de peinture sur le bassin et la plage pour cacher la misère,elle doit avoir qq dizaines d'années, comme le logement d'ailleurs.Pour le prix payé, je me suis bien fais avoir. Heureusement,l'appartement est situé à 20 metres d'une jolie plage et à qq minutes à pieds du centre du village.

Slecht onderhouden en weinig spullen aanwezig
Ingewikkelde ontvangst op 7 km van de uiteindelijke appartementlocatie. Gelukkig spreek ik Italiaans, anders lijkt het me moeilijk voor gasten. We hebben schoonmaakartikelen moeten kopen, dweilen enz. Geen closetpapier aanwezig, geen koffieapparaat, geen stoffer en blik en ga maar door. Ik heb ervaring, daar ik zelf een vakantiehuis verhuur. Het enige goede punt is dat het appartement aan het strand ligt.

Vengo subito al punto (le bugie) 1) Non esiste la wi-fi se non a 7 km dal residence la "terza spiaggia" oltretutto è la distanza da percorrere per fare il ceck in 2) non esiste alcuna piscina 3) bisogna lasciare una cauzione di 150,00 euro (cosa non specificata da nessuna parte sul sito expedia) Inoltre gli appartamenti hanno una tanfa di chiuso/muffa veramente insopportabile, sono vecchi e avrebbero bisogno di un rifacimento generale
