Writing review for others travelers to be “in the know” Hotel needs to be transparent with descriptions & 3rd party sellers.
Call in advance to know exactly what hotel room your getting space, view, location, floor, stairs etc., sofa bed, lounge chairs so there are no surprises. Ask for bills as you go. Do not put the bill on the room and pay at the end, you may find surprise costs that were never mentioned. Ask if the spa is included w spa treatments, bc it’s not. Don’t accept anything “on the house” you may get charged for it. Felt Nickel and dimed. No shuttle to the airport. It’s a 40 Euro taxi the front desks calls. There’s not a shuttle to Olbia. It’s public transportation we missed bc we were never informed we needed a face mask. Be careful w hidden language & descriptions. Make a dinner reservation in advance or you may not get to eat. Ask what lounge chairs are included with your stay. Not all amenities are included, you may have to pay extra. Our massage was not good even though we asked for more pressure. Be on top of what your getting & not getting.
However, the staff is nice and friendly. They try to accommodate their faults. The booker for excursions is wonderful. But cabs are very expensive to get to them during high season. The bartender is very nice & made great drinks. Although, we felt like we were getting ripped off, hotel hires nice staff to hide behind the lack of transparency.
Hotel offered a meal which made up for lack of transparency.
