Loved everything about it EXCEPT the bed ...and pillows.. Both were really hard and uncomfortable, and we have both had terrible sleep as a result.. A Great shame as the rest was great. !

Grand appartement, propre, cuisine complète avec laveuse à linge. Bon service de la part du personnel. Appartement bien situé. Bon restos dans les alentours. Le seul désagrément est le prix exagéré du parking au square San Antonio.

Great location, super comfy bed!
Great location on a main pedestrian thoroughfare in the Old Town. Spacious studio with large bathroom and super comfy bed. This accommodation has everything you need for exploring this beautiful city with everything on your door step and only 15 minutes walk from Cadiz train station.

Amazing. For the price it was pretty much perfect. Right in heart of town. Two balconies, huge apartment with washer. Friendly host. Very clean. A bit noisy if you don’t close windows but once closed very quiet. Only tiny issue was it took some time to get the AC going but that was minor.

Outstanding location on the best pedestrian street in Cadiz. Our one bedroom apt 2A was exactly as pix show: modern, well furnished & equipped, high ceilings, big windows, balcony. Firm but comfortable bed, good kitchen, roomy living room, full of light because of big windows onto wide pedestrian street. The bedroom of 2A is on the back facing an interior courtyard so zero noise from street and with shutters closed nice & dark. Christian was quick to respond to emails and very helpful. All in all one of our favorite places in Spain!

You will love it, bigger than expected.
It’s was bigger than expected. He had a two bedroom apartment. More than enough room for 3 people. Highly recommend it. Kitchen has everything you need for basic meals. We never cooked but it good to see what was provided. Only thing the place has big echo. Easy to find, perfect location to everything. For one day in Cadiz , we loved it.

If you intend to work on line,do internet calls or use WhatsApp,or stream movies on Netflix,dont come.the wifi is very very weak .i had to go to a noisy cafe next door to be able to work on line.that ruined my week end . You will have to park your car in a public parking few blocks away and roll your luggage tot he hotel and pay 15 euros per day for parking . The rooms are clean,spacious and location is good and safe

Clean, quiet and tidy but a bit basic. The bed and sofa were hard and uncomfortable. The apartment lacks that luxury touch which would make it a great place to stay given its location. Near all the local facilities and a good base for sightseeing. Overall reasonable value for money.

Fabulous location with parking very close by. Everything needed in the apartment 1A was provided. The Juliette balcony overlooking the front street was a great place to sit and enjoy the atmosphere. Have already recommened to friends.

Our apartment was 2a as shown in the photos. It was well fitted out with everything you need and in a super location in the old town. Whilst the pedestrian street could be lively at times you just needed to close the shutters and close the door to the bedroom and all was peace and quiet. The air conditioning was very effective and made very little noise. The lady found us at the entrance to the apartments when we checked in and could not have been more friendly or helpful. Highly recommended. We can't wait to go back

Great location. Apartment very tired. Broken shower which should have been discovered and repaired when cleaned prior to our arrival. We were a party of five and were aware that the 5th person would be on a sofa bed in the lounge. However the lounge is very light and has a very noisy fridge making it not suitable to sleep there.

Walkable distance from everything in the old city. Abundance of cafes/restaurants to choose from for breakfast/dinner and nearby plazas to people watch. Relaxing busking music wafts up from the street below at times.

This place is in the best area of Cadiz. On a street which is very vibrant, accessible and just generally full of energy. The property is well managed. The apartment we generally stay in is very comfortable but does need updating, which we were told would be done within the year. Very clean, safe, cooking facilities and laundry. Great place. Have been 3 times and will go again.

Spacious 3 bed appartment in the heart of Cadiz
Stayed in the three bedroomed appartment. Excellent location on Calle Ancha right in the heart of the old town. Underground car parking available close by in Plaza San Antonio. Very large roof terrace. Good service as able to check in early and leave our luggage on the day of our departure. Very spacious and the air conditioning works well. Reasonable kitchen area, although no dishwasher and lacking in a couple of areas - only three wine glasses and it would have been good to have had a kettle. Overall, would definitely be happy to stay here again and would choose the same appartment because of the roof terrace.

A spacious, clean and welcoming home-from-home
This property is situated on a pedestrian road in a beautiful Cadiz building in the old city, which has been brought up to date with clean lines and minimalist yet bright decor. It was a joy to stay there. There were three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a huge open-plan lounge-kitchen-diner and a terrace. There was also air-conditioning. All of us who stayed at this property immediately felt at home and enjoyed the comfort of the furnishings, as well as the speed of the wi-fi connections. We also appreciated the discreet cleaning services and the easy check-in/check-out. Down on the street there are many cafes for morning coffee, plus an amazing artisan ice cream shop right next door. It was a great location, only a few minutes walk from the sea and right in the heart of the old city, yet not at all noisy. I would thoroughly recommend it.

It is a very good hotel & helped make our stay in Cadiz so enjoyable. Reception staff are excellent. Rooms clean & well furnished & while in the heart of town, the apartment was never noisy. Cadiz is very picturesque & great for exploring on foot & as a base for trips to other nearby towns like Jerez.

Perfect base to explore a lovely city
Very pleased with the hotel and many thanks to other reviewers who tipped our choice in this direction. The room was lovely and spacious overlooking a busy street with everything you could want just a few minutes away like supermarkets and restaurants and bars. The staff are great and will help with any queries. Reception is not always manned because it is small but go along the road to number 7 (also their hotel) and you can ask for anything and get lots of help and ideas.
